There's a point, Colin. Do you have "long-term" neighbours? (i.e. Have they lived next to you for a number of years) Or do they live through a couple of projects and run, screaming, to the hills?
He's Brittish and as we all now all Brits are to be brought out back and shot against the wall when complaining. Only passive agressiveness is accepted
Its his "Health and Safety Shirt and Tie", make it so he can keep going through NEARLY anything. The flu does bypass the "Health and Safety Shirt and Tie" unfortunately. But hes is as close to an actual super hero you can be with his magnetic shoes, his hand that can throw both ice AND fire, he can fly with his bike (RIP flying death trap bike), he has claws that can cut through all sorts of (light and flimsy) materials, his belt can cut your vedg and other food like items but also he has a (no so) secret bunker to hide in when he isn't saving the world through utter shenanigans and crazy inventions. This all started with the "Health and Safety Shirt and Tie" and will end WITH THE "HEALTH AND SAFETY SHIRT AND TIE!"
Trauma is quite common among craftsmen, builders etc. You work using your hands with things that are heavier, sharper, denser than your hands :D Not a leveled playing field.
Dear Colin, The first video i ever watched on ur channel was when u were doing ur 4 mill subscriber celebration, with the "Giant, spinny, cagey, turny, fiery, 'thing'..." and my favourite episode i have seen so far has to be the badass underground bunker. In all of these amazing projects, i have never seen you get injured, i thought you to be un...injurable (If that is even a word). Either way, i do hope that your finger heals quickly and without any problems, cuz getting injuries sucks.
Oil pressure required into turbo because of the type of bearings it uses. The shaft actually rides on a thin film of oil (under pressure) the bearing is the restriction in the system and what creates the pressure, after the restriction it's little - to no pressure thusly running down into the tank. Just like a simple hydraulic circuit.
Journal bearing turbos are good for things like this as you just smash a cheap oil pump on them and away you go. Only thing you need to do is make sure the drain is straight down and unrestricted. Ball bearing turbos are very picky about correct oil flow and pressures and are more likely to fail in projects like this due to the bearings being starved of oil due to low pressure, or push oil past the seals due to high flow and no restrictor valve when using a cheap unregulated oil transfer pump..

I would love to see a hydrogen powered gas turbine but there are some important issues I would like to advise you on. Hydrogen causes metals to become brittle at high temp' so dont run it for long or the turbine will likely violently self destruct. Hydrogen has a broad explosive limit range, so start the engine on regular fuel, turn on the hydrogen, then turn off the regular fuel to run, but switch back to regular fuel before u throttle down (to avoid an explosion in combustion chamber) Hydrogen is a pain in the bum to store as it will not liquify so you will need a large storage volume. Generate the hydrogen via electrolysis not by acid/metal reactions because the former is purer and the latter will often contain H2S wich is very toxic. YOU MUST ENSURE THE HYDROGEN IS NOT MIXED WITH ANY OXYGEN OR AIR OR YOUR STORAGE VESSEL COULD DETONATE!

Also, a restrictive outlet can make it force oil out of the bearings, which is sucked into the engine.
