In order for there to be a second NBA league, there would have to be 10 plus expansion teams that currently exist. With the way things are going in the world, specifically the United States, no billionnaires are going to settle for establishing a second tier NBA team and go broke in the process. It's just not worth it for owners as well as the league in general.

Although it is pre-season game, but I still don’t know what Mavs coach team wanna to get during this game, especially without the ball handler like Luka & Kyrie, although they can still Pick&Roll, but it seems not work and have no another tactics to use bunch of shooters efficiently, although Mavs not playing 5 outs like Celtics, but still can think how Celtics players fit in the system then make 3 seems much easier than other team.

That probably is, but probably not, if I was coach and wanted to test the limits of Klay, I will set up 2 situations for him, first one is without Luka and Kyrie, as 3rd option of team I would set up some pick&roll for him to know how he can deal with that situation, like double high screen by D-live/Gafford, and Guard or Forward get involved in, he can make 3 or pass, especially Mavs average height have advantages. Another option was like this game, Guard like Hardy/Dinwiddie/Grimes instead of Luka/Kyrie role, and set Naji/PJ in opposite’s corner or dunking spot, and Klay as system shooter waiting for pass then do the catch&shoot, but if you watched the entire game, you could not see that, some of shots were made before 24 seconds violation and without enough space.
Klay was just out there to warm his legs and get a feel of the court again. He needs exposure to the team in live games. Thats what preseason is all about
