I went to school with a boy who was 14 in our S4. He was the youngest in the class followed by a 15 year old so yes it happens and it happens more frequently that you might know.
For us we started school when we were old bcz we had no kindergarten schools and primary schools schools couldn't allow us to join them be4 4to5 yrs those who grew up in town mwesimye
