Is the spear used for the catch at 7:59 legal to use in Eleuthera? All I know is spear apparatuses with a trigger or a line connected to it are illegal to fish with in the Bahamas but if a pole spear has a grip like that is it still legal to use? If so, can you include a link to that?

In the video I saw a TON of lionfish in the plane, lionfish are invasive to the Bahamas and they taste amazing, even though they are small you should shoot them to help the eco system
Also lionfish are poisonous and if you touch them you swell up
No way I have been using this “sling” for so long now and I’ve never seen anyone else use it everyone makes fun of me but I’ve shot so many fish with it!! I love it I have a reel on mine too!

I stop going to the Bahamas. The limits are too strict. Just 20 reef fish or 60lb what ever is less for the whole vessel. Just not worth it for 5 fish with 4 guys for weekend over there. If they had individual limits instead of vessel limts. I would go back.
