I myself have consciously thought and discussed this, and I know many other people who have consciously adopted a name of the new country we moved into. Will have to read the book! I'm not understanding how rape can not be clear. Regardless of marital status, gender, sexuality, race, sex, sexual experience or lack thereof, culture, ability etc, if someone does not want to engage in sex, it's rape. End of. It really is that simple.
