We love our CX3 but we do have one complaint about it. The suspension is not as firm and sporty as we wished, everyone said Mazdas handled well and it is awful on judderbars. Don’t get me wrong we love our CX3 but those two things are it’s weaknesses.

I didn't test the 1.8 civic so I can't do comparison. This is like apple to orange comparison if you wanted to compare a crossover to a sedan. If fun to drive I will give a bit more to the civic due to it is a sedan and have better lower gravity. But for crossover itself cx3 can consider one of the good handling and fun to drive.
Im driving mazda3 for 7 years, would like to change new mazda 3 again, my brother show meh look for me, he suggested to try cx3... I think it look a little bit smaller... The boot is smaller... The driving experience i think cannot lawan mazda 3.. What is ur opinion? Im still looking for mazda...
CX3 is a crossover. If you are looking for driving dynamic go for the hatchback or sedan. At the end is you are buying the car right? So pay no other attention besides yourself.

U mean the exterior size? Cx3 is based on mazda2 platform. Cx3 boot is smaller than mazda2 sedan.
Just went to see one today. It's too small for me if I want passengers behind me. The CX-30 was just right. A bit annoyed they don't have something in between CX3 and CX5.
