If the truck is moving the drum must be in some sort of rotation. Even when empty. If you don't you can get flat spots on your rollers. Ask any ready-mix driver. 🙄
Everythings seems to be ok , BUT , imagine something wrong happened to electric part , i mean , when you are at the construction site or somewhere else and you have an issue that the drum doesnt spins , are there any other ways to tip the conrete ? because when the drum doesnt spins conrete start to be hard and we have very limit time to sort the problem , because otherwise it looks like drum should be replaced what costs a lot of money and the company which sold you the truck is not responsible for that , company responsible to change the part ( electric or mechanic part ) which is on guarantee. ARE THERE ANY ALTERANTIVE WAYS TO SPIN THE DRUM IF WE HAVE ELECTRIC PART ISSUE ? Thanks
Good point, but the same can be said for a hydraulic issue. You are not likely to be able to repair it at the job site, either. I'm no tree hugger, but this does seem to be a nice system.
@@jeffwoehrle the thing is that because having tue issue to hydraulic , you can avoid it , i mean possibility of failure gonna be a lot of lower if you gonna do some checks for any leaks and so on , the company where do i work does every 6 weeks vehicle inspection , but when the drum is spinning by electric power faulire can be any moment , do you know what i mean ? My boss has bought brand new concrete mixer , VOLVO and guess what ? After 3 weeks back air pillow had the air leak. NEVER CAN TRUST ANYONE :)
@@Vatron888 Absolutely agree. The more complicated something becomes, the more likely a failure can be crippling. I doubt a metal spring or rubber block would have had the pillow problem you mention. ;-)

Drum is always to be in motion while truck is moving....always

Those rollers will develop flat spots if it doesn’t rotate going down the road.
Lol....this!!!
Drums should ALWAYS be rotating while driving. ALWAYS

.... Batterien geladen in einer Stunde, aber wie lange kann man dann nutzen?
Reicht mit Unterstützung des Generators für einen ganzen Arbeitstag.

Why is there a big fuel tank on the right side of the truck?
Farid Zwaagstra the mixer is electric powered not the truck.

Nach wieviel Betonladungen muss er denn ans Kabel? Und wie lange? 10 Stunden??? Na dann wird aber das Bauen zügig voran gehen.

There is no need of such a big chassis.
