Good evening, I have a question for a week now my son's iphone 7 stopped working. Instead of putting T-Mobile only shows searching and then a message appears that says carrier update failure. Try to restore it from iTunes, remove the sim card and put it back on. I'm trying everything, but it doesn't work. could you help me with that problem, please?
Ok....so mine...when I dial the "122" emergency number...that goes through no problem. I end the call immediately like im supposed to. But when I go to the block numbers part....it doesn't show up with the 122 call in my recent. So I can't move past that step ?ice tried making that call multiple times to try to get it to show up. It show's up in the list when I go to block numbers. It shows up on the bottom before I click on recent. But when I actually click recents....its blank. I don't get where I'm going wrong becauze I'm following the steps plain as day one step at a time. I'm assuming something has changed

It did not work for me and i installed the same firmware. When I press next after the wifi options it does ask me for pin password but after that it still asks for google account.
