Because the automated message how to resolve this mess , is the first what you hear when you call them! I opened the damn jar, after running it under hot tap water for a minute.. Thanks to your video.😊 On the phone they suggested hot wet towel for 5 minutes!🙄 Unbelievable! Already expensive spices, and on top of that buyers cannot use them!! I will try to avoid their spices in the future as much as possible!😠
Jesus Christ. I didn't even know this was a thing, until I fully stocked my kitchen with spices, 12 different spices, ALL McCormick, all "snap tight" lids.
Ridiculous. Shame on McCormick. Mine went back to store.
