I'm doing second remedy in every 2 days since 3 weeks and it really worked for me and I'm very thankful to you madam for making this video.. Methi is very Garam in nature so usage should be less. So if u r taking 3 tblsp hibiscus powder than methi powder should be half tblsp.If you are using fresh hibiscus petals like me than for 1 cup soak over night 1 tblsp methi seeds and than next day blend it with the petals along with 2 blsp curd...and use it as a hair pack.Which works wonder TC bye.

Yes u can use that cause it's also good for hair growth but for best results u should go for Rosemary essential oil...

Hello Rabia ! I have Alps goodness ka hibiscus n methi powder combination so can I use that powder or only methi powder is required ?
Methi is very Garam in nature so usage should be less. So if u r taking 3 tblsp hibiscus powder than methi powder should be half tblsp.If you are using fresh hibiscus petals like me than for 1 cup soak over night 1 tblsp methi seeds and than next day blend it with the petals along with 2 blsp curd...and use it as a hair pack.Which works wonder TC bye.
