The price per kWh $11.63 in TN ??? I think you meant cents not $
I travelled to TN and checked out both KNoxville and Chattanooga , about 6 months ago. I loved the downtowns of both areas... but I found most of the "affordable" suburbs absolutely frightening. I did a search, and both Knoxville and Chatt have violent and property crime rates comparable to Chicago, or the more recent crime waves present here in Portland, OR.
Wow! Good to know. I'm in Eugene and the homeless have taken over here. Tennessee is a beautiful state and there are lots of nice places to live. I'm looking as well.

I don’t think it’s that cheap to live in Tennessee. Housing is very expensive and to buy a home, there is nothing less than 500 thousand. Not good for seniors 😮
I hate to so blatantly disagree with you but I sell houses below $300,000 all the time. I sell move in ready homes that need little to no work for less than $350,000.

@@annaechevarria3804 Anywhere outside of Farragut, West Knoxville, Maryville, Harden Valley, and Bearden. North Knoxville, South Knoxville, Karns, Powell, Union County, Strawberry Plains, Corryton, Halls Crossroads.....I just put a house under contract that is 3 years old for $345, 000. I am closing on a house in West Knoxville next week that sold for $375,000. The median sales price in Knoxville is $340,000. So yeah...the vast majority of houses in Knoxville are under $500k.
