@Harshdeepp this is automatic watch which means it doesn't comes with battery. It'll operate using energy generated by your wrist movement so if you keep the watch idle for long it won't operate it will start working once you wear it so try to wear it once in two days
..or i think if you are wearing it occasionally, then on the day you wear it, set the time and wind the watch. If you are wearing it every day then i think the time wouldn't lag as your daily wrist movement will take care of winding it and hence it is called a automatic watch.
