If we ship the good to kenya, Mombasa and inco term we mentioned FOB Mombasa. We did the insurance, inspection and take the charges from buyer. Buyer looking the stuffing of our material in consolidated container. Is it creat any problem ????

sir in CIF the risk is borne by Importer after the product is on board but still the insurance is paid by exporter? meaning that tge risk is of impirter but insurance is taken by exporter for importers risk but as per insurance law isn't it necessary that only those people can buy insurance who have the risk?
