Many people hardly rest , everyday they are on the roads or at locations or attending parties. Too much of everything is bad. Eating too much starchy foods, smoking, excessive achohol intake, etc, is dangerous. Everything should be in moderation. Having at least two days off just to rest, sleep and relax in a decent environment should be for everyone, especially all the actors or drivers. There is only one life , no duplicate, please.
