    Sehr interessantes Video, vielen Dank. Diese 90 Tage-Regelung für digitale Nomaden klingt spannend. Ich hatte bisher nur gelesen, dass man 183 Tage pro Jahr im Land sein müsste und erst dann die steuerliche Ansässigkeit hätte. Gibt es für diese90 Tage irgendwelche Bedingungen? Oder kann ich dazu irgendwo mehr Details nachlesen? Habe bislang nichts gefunden

    wer in dubai eine imobile kauft zahlt 4 prozent dubai land department fee(nichts anderes als verteckte steuer)

      Stimmt! Diese teilen sich Käufer und Verkäufer. Eine Art Stempelsteuer oder auch Grunderwerbsteuer.

      @@PerspektiveAusland Nicht ganz….in der Regel zahlt der Käufer die vollen 4% beim Kauf einer fertigen Immobilie. Eine Aufteilung der Gebühr gibt es in der Praxis nicht. Bei Off-Plan Immobilien kommt es vor, dass der Bauträger die DLD Fee übernimmt.
