I used to work at a place that did that, and it required some custom programming. I didn't write that code, but I believe it was (at the time) a C# program. AutoCAD has a C# API that can integrate with that language and be used. It's quite a ways beyond anything I've done on the channel so far. But that's how I'd approach the problem.

Helpful video. As a next step, how can I script a batch plot into a windows scheduler event that i can run on some interim?
