Absolutely incredible video, being a local South Australian I'm thinking of heading there some time soon with my children to teach them about environment issues like this (and also let them play on that playground). I have no memory of subscribing to your channel, must have been around 8 or more years ago when I was a huge deadmau5 fan (I recognise the text style). Thank you so much for bringing this issue to light, I will post this video where I can, and I hope that some day soon our government will pull their finger out and do something to fix this heartbreaking issue.
The idea that some mining company with more money than God is just sitting there and letting brine destroy an ecosystem is horrific and disgusting. Thanks for this video... there are probably millions of stories just like this happening all over the world today.
Did anyone pay for this? Fine the company that pumped the water and that should pay for at least some of the recovery. Really, they should be paying for everything it takes.
