Great thinng was the chrome line that you had to look for online, coders can't remember everything, this is exactly what happens in real life so happy you didn't edit it out.
Hello!!!😊Excellent tutorial, thanks a lot! Here I have a doubt regarding Cucumber Studio; is it possible to use these automation tests later on in the UI? Is there any way to integrate these automations so that any non-technical user can run them from there?
Hi JoanMedia, I tried the same procedure to create a Feature file. But the feature file seems to be like plain text, no highlights for the gherkin keywords. Do we need to install any extensions for it?
Good evening to you, Please I am trying to test the api rest of the backend of an application with cucumber and cypress. I would like to have the procedure to follow, I am blocked since two weeks on it.
Great video thank you. Is there any way we can have all step implementations in one folder under Integration? While all feature files stay in integrations.
Hello Joan, I must say that you have a unique and awesome way of imparting knowledge. I really enjoyed this lesson. I really need further assistance from you as I'm starting a new role. Great job. Please let me know how I can reach you. Thanks.

Hi Daniel, not pretty sure why. Could you please check your configurations with my project? github.com/JoanEsquivel/cypress-cucumber This is what I did in the video.
Thank you for the video! It's really well put together and understandable. I'm two days in trying to configure Cucumber without success, even with the help of Google and StackOverflow and Git discussions. Whenever I try to run the .feature file first (to test if cy.visit('/') works fine). I get the following error: Error: Can't walk dependency graph: ENOENT: no such file or directory, lstat 'C:\Repos\Automation\anotherCucumberTry\process' required by C:\Repos\Automation\anotherCucumberTry ode_modules\cypress-cucumber-preprocessor\lib\getStepDefinitionsPaths.js Have you, by any chance came across this? I've tried countless times, even with a Clean VS Code client (all addons disabled) yet this happens every time. Cloning your Git repo works just fine but I can't figure out why a clean install won't work. Thank you!
Hello Vali, thanks for the feedback and I am sorry to hear that! I have not came across that behavior... and the weird part is cloning my repo just work... I think I'd need to do all the stuff from the scratch soon, I could give you some feedback then.
@@joanmedia Coming back to say that it turned out to be a silly mistake on my side, forgetting to add "/steps" to the steps import path. Getting back to work!
