Yeah anyone can learn to chant this. Just practice. The most respectful way to do it is to go to a local Thai Temple and ask when they have prayer. Usually it’s at 8:30 am and also at 12:30 pm but it depends on the temple. As for the translation, as a Thai myself I honestly don’t know much of what the prayers mean. It’s not actually in Thai it’s in Sanskrit. Similarly to catholic Latin prayers.
