they both loved Elena so so much. Stefan was her soulmate and her true love and he wanted to protect her and keep her save and they loved each other so much. But when Damon and Elena were together it was different. It was more dangerous and unexpected and exciting. Damon was he real love and made her feel as if she could do anything and with Stefan she felt alive.
I love this show so fucking much words can't ever explain it. I am not even kidding but I'm thinking of getting TVD in their logo tattooed of me. I ship Delena harder than I ship any couple in this entire world!

Elena and Stefan were "the anchor of the show as the main love story however seemed to revolve around Elena and Stefan considering all the endings that needed to be rewritten. Even the show producer had every intention of reuniting Stefan and Elena but Nina Dobrev's exit changed everything.
