I typed "syncopated ragtime piano" in suno plus a few extra keywords to each one (melancholic, atonal...) for more variety. Adding "Joplin" or any other composer didn't make any difference. Then it spits out 1-2 minutes long melodies. Putting these in any pattern required a bit of editing.
Good for background music in memes since the music doesn't have any kind of actual work behind it XD I wish people would use these for less serious things instead of trying to put actual musicians out of business, which unfortunately is happening.

Omg…This is very good. However, AI music is just that. It merely imitates Scott Joplin and other composers, lacking any originality. At this point, it is difficult to call it ragtime. Each piece of music carries the life of its composer, which forms the crucial melodic foundation in ragtime. I think this is extremely insulting to the composers and indicates a complete disregard for the music they dedicated their lives to.
