Michael Franks is AMAZING....Been listening for many years. And Till Bronner....WOW!!! When he begins to play the trumpet, all that preceded seems like a perfect set up to his MAGNIFICENT solo. It simply does not get any better than this!!!
I love the humility michael franks displays with his voice and gestures,just always mentally reclined.He keeps me focused in realizing there is paradisaic conditions that awaits us. very JAZZY INDEED....Gracias

The trumpet is Till Bronner is from germany, is a young new value for jazz and hes an important trumpet now in jazz, maybe like Rick Braun. Its great see that something you like its feeled by other people. Thanks

When Room for Squares was first released, the New York Times compared these two wonderful artists to each other. As you have both said, JM and MF both have that smooth airy sound to their voices that is just amazing. Its true, and he proudly say it constantly in his music and cds, he recorded a long called Antonios song, dedicated to Jobim, and the CD Abandoned Garden, it was a tribute for him, after Jobim sadly died in 1995. Despite of this, he has his "unique" style. Thanks

This musical night out would have been worth every penny it cost. Every musician is jamming, holding nothing back. You can feel the vibe, feel how they are grooving and enjoying it as much as the audience. This is not just a gig for them you are making music, very sacred music.
