That two bridge scene is going to be cool. Great photos with a train on each bridge. A bit of weathering of that green bridge would help - a wash of black and rust colors would help reduce the toy-like quality. Layout is awesome!

I like the color green on the bridge and I hopefully you get the derailment figured out. Always something, but that’s hobbies. Hey Dave my hats off to you on about those super nice greatly covered Bridges hey Dave I love those nice Orange and Green Bridges Hey Dave I hope you can have more of those colored Bridges I hope to see a Blue and a Red and a Purple Bridges I say that will be super great that is if have those in your future plans and also I like update on all of your layout and it looks super great in my books Hey Dave I just had a Big Train Show on this past Saturday and I did great shopping at that train show hey Dave I bought 8 locomotives and 60 train cars and 10 already built N scale buildings and also bought some good nicely built Signals for my layout hey I had a blast there all the items that I bought I had a hard time of finding those items but Saturday that changed items I found were of course were hard to find but I finally find all of them and I m pleased with them also I bought 5 Railroad T shirts from Railroads of L and N and ICG and SCL and Southern and SP shirts and I bought 2 Sweatshirts those were L and N and ICG roads and bought a large coffee mug which was a CSX Railroad and that was it from my great time at my Train Show from this past Saturday November 16 2024
I can't get over how good those bridges look ! I will definitely have to look up the channel you mentioned. Even though I painted my bridges, they look like doo doo by comparison.
Hey your river scene will look great. I had a river scene on an old layout that I miss. I wish I had space on my current layout for some water. It adds a lot to any layout. Take care!
Those chooch piers and abutments are a bear to cut. I ended up buying a tabletop jigsaw and a fine tooth blade. I just finished pouring my water scene last week, i hesitated for months before i poured it. I liked the paintwork so well, i was afraid of a bad pour wasting my effort beneath, but it worked out. Be patient for sure
Hey Dave when at that train I had many bargins hey Dave I went in with 1200 Dollars and by the time it was over for me I ended up with 990 Dollars I say that was not bad at all I think it's the best I had ever done

The water scene is coming along nicely.I used to belong to a model railroad club but they broke up years ago,now I'm totally on my own.Was wondering what are you using to power your layout? Are you using DCC?
Dave were you ok on your property? Was it your Employer that was hit? My In-laws live in Hartford. Couldn’t get home for 3 weeks. There place on a mountain was ok though.
