As a doctor, I find this analysis to be highly accurate and reflective of the challenges we face in the medical field. I often discuss similar concerns with my interns and students, especially those who have just entered medical college. One major issue we are currently facing is the government's decision to increase medical seats without ensuring that new medical colleges are equipped with basic facilities. This shortfall is not only affecting the quality of MBBS education but also undermining the competence of future doctors. We already have a strong healthcare outreach through PHCs, CHCs, and district hospitals in rural areas. Instead of expanding seats without proper infrastructure, the government should prioritize upgrading the existing facilities and enhancing the quality of training. Furthermore, creating more job opportunities for doctors is critical. Regularly advertising job openings on a fixed timeline each year would ensure better workforce management and career stability for medical professionals.
Like engineering, Medical is also facing same problem, people will migrate to other better paying fields. For example dental graduates are not doing dentistry now.
It's actually the most accurate analysis... Just add FMGE students too... And someone please stop building further medical colleges...already more than enough 😡

Healthy raho doctor & medicine se bacho ye hi sabse accha tarika.
Like engineering, Medical is also facing same problem, people will migrate to other better paying fields. For example dental graduates are not doing dentistry now.
Exactly the point..
The problem with engineering is about employability. Doctor have skills, it's very practical knowledge.
But we have quota system causing employability concern here too.. and risk with human treatment is higher than in engineering..
Doctors will never be unemployed, no matter how many more doctors come.
Can you find me job with 50k salary
You can never say never..
After studying for so long if they get a low paying salary.. then it's a different kind of problem..
Bro you should focus on economics as well
Earning will get low. Demand supply ka khel hai
The number of doctors needed for India's population will still not be met. The analysis is extremely flawed.
It's actually the most accurate analysis... Just add FMGE students too... And someone please stop building further medical colleges...already more than enough 😡
so true
😢😢😢😢 all new medical colleges are without proper infrastructure😢😢😢😢😢😢
@@prashunsingh-q1c exactly… govt. should focus on quality>>>>>>quantity

Mbbs field is saturated now no jobs .
Banane de bhai doctor bahut dikkat h rural me
Maine BA political science honour liya kya mughe job milegi 😢
Nursing walo ke hal dekho 😢😢😢😢😢😢
.
Sir or mbbs abroad ka kya 😂😂
Career to politics me h 😅
But sirdoctors are over work more doctors means good work life balance for doctors
Good balance but low salary
Your analysis is flawed , 100000 mbbs student per year is being compared with 1 Million engineers per year .
Wrong analysis.

Yes mbbs seats show increase thrice also government should force doctor to prescribe generic medicines
Bhai faida nahi dekho generic medicine par quality issues he simple road side dress aur brand dress same chiz he
