Was there in May, 2022. Loved everything about the park. The staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of elk crap at our site that we swept away but the whole experience was positive. Woke up on May 21 to three inches of snow. We will definitely be returning. A great place to spend some time.
It is a good park and the Gunnison area is a great area. Cellular service is a challenge at the RV park. Starlink made a difference for us and allowed us to stay. With the ability to us wifi calling, we have more flexibility in where we stay. It was wonderful to see you guys at the RV park. We live running into people all over the country. So far we have seen you in Colorado in 2019, Florida 2020, and now in Colorado in 2022.
Yes the internet was not good at all. We should have talked about that some. It was also nice seeing you guys again. What state will we run into each other again in? Until then my friend, see ya around!
