my left earbud isnt working. when I put it in the charging case, it gets charge (the red light is on) but its the only time I see some light on it. when I get it from the case there isnt light (red or blue one) on it, like the left earbud is dead. the right one is working fine thanks for the video

When I leave it charging it ends faster than the other side, and in use it discharges real fast (the left side disconects when the right side is still at 90%). The earbud didn't fell, neither it was charged on a power socket, and it has less than a month of use. Things I tried: take it off the base after the light goes off and put it back (it keeps charging for a minute or so then stops again), turn it on again after discharging (the battery ends and it disconects every time). Clean the charging parts. Did the reset you showed on this video.

On your smartphone, it will show the battery level of your connected XT62 When the earbuds are at low battery level, the connection will be intermittent.

Try to use a little bit more strength and push the earbuds deeper into the charging case so that the charging pogo pins are connected. Next, make sure the bluetooth connection with your devices are properly DISCONNECTED. the earbuds will turn off automatically after a while if they are not BT paired
My earbuds were working fine until suddenly they both started to act up by one glitching out the sound, making me adjust them to a specific position just for them to work while the other one works perfect. It’s weird cause they switch out sometimes as one works and the other doesn’t and the the one that works ends up doing the same thing while the other is fine again. How do I fix this?
@@JonnyZhu Multiple times and it never works. I realized my left earbud works perfectly while the right one needs to be adjusted in my ear to hear sound. If I add the slightest pressure to it, it would only lose sound once again.
My left and right earbuds on the XT62 do not work at the same time and are recognized as two different bluetooth devices when I try to pair them in my phone. Any solutions?

If a factory reset does not work, try to drain the battery completely and re charge.
Sometimes it works.
If all else fails, contact the reseller

Try to drain the battery until 0… recharge to 100% and see if it will fix the issue

my pin left side case cannot charge, but right side can charge leftpods and right pods, is the only way is to find a lenovo store and let them fix it?

They do their normal stuff, but they just don't shut down, they stay on, both case and buds, even the red lights
It is best to contact the reseller on this matter. As i do not have this issues with both sets of XT62
I just found out that when I take the right side out it turns off normally, what do you think may have happened?
