    The factory reset fixed my issue (one bud wasn't working at all). Thanks so much! Despite these being very cheap there one of the few earbuds that actually stay in my ears. Accidentally put them through the washer (in the case), but somehow they are still kicking.

    Thanks, just re-pairing did the job! The buds weren't responding to volume changes n stuff but now it's all good again 🥳

    Bro, I bought these a few months ago and they were just fine but right now one randomly stopped working without being exposed to water or anything at all, it suddenly just stop working. How do I fix this issue??

      If a factory reset does not work, try to drain the battery completely and re charge.
      Sometimes it works.
      If all else fails, contact the reseller

    my left earbud isnt working. when I put it in the charging case, it gets charge (the red light is on) but its the only time I see some light on it. when I get it from the case there isnt light (red or blue one) on it, like the left earbud is dead. the right one is working fine

      and the problem occurred after just a month of use.
      I gave up on solving it, but I hope you can find it (if there is a way to solve it)

    Can someone help me?
    I have a White Think+ but the right bud stopped working.
    But I also have a side of the same bud, but the purple color.
    I want to know if it is possible to synchronize these two buds to work together.

    hi, so i've bought the exact same stuff a few days ago and things have been working perfectly find until this morning the right one isn't working perfectly but the touch sensor is still working (i can still pause the song but the sound is not coming out). is there any possible way i can fix this? thank you

    I'm a bit hesitant to ask this since you've released this video 9 months ago, but i saw you were still answering inquiries so i hope you see this. I have done the factory reset but my right ear bud does not have any audio output, the touch control works but there's no audio coming out. It's been awhile since I used it, but it's all charged and have been stored properly. What should I do? This is a gift from an ex-friend so it's a bit awkward to ask them to contact the supplier.

      Try to drain the battery until 0… recharge to 100% and see if it will fix the issue

    My left earbud isn't charging properly, how to fix that? When I leave it charging it ends faster than the other side, and in use it discharges real fast (the left side disconects when the right side is still at 90%). The earbud didn't fell, neither it was charged on a power socket, and it has less than a month of use.
    Things I tried: take it off the base after the light goes off and put it back (it keeps charging for a minute or so then stops again), turn it on again after discharging (the battery ends and it disconects every time). Clean the charging parts. Did the reset you showed on this video.

    they don't connect on my phone but on any other it connects, what can I do to solve it? my phone is a Motorola One Macro, is it not compatible?

      XT-62 works with my old iphone 6s plus and old android phone Motorola Z2 play
      Follow the bluetooth pairing steps in the manual and try again

    help me my buds is 10% but when i put it in the case its not charging (the case is full battery), but when i put just one bud in the case it will start charging, when i put two buds its not charging anymore

      Try the factory reset
      If it dont work, Contact the reseller for further assistance. It might be an internal issue

      On your smartphone, it will show the battery level of your connected XT62
      When the earbuds are at low battery level, the connection will be intermittent.

      Drain the battery to 0% and recharge to 100%

    Help me man, my buds when they are in the case they don't turn off to save battery, they just stay on with the case

      Try to use a little bit more strength and push the earbuds deeper into the charging case so that the charging pogo pins are connected.
      Next, make sure the bluetooth connection with your devices are properly DISCONNECTED.
      the earbuds will turn off automatically after a while if they are not BT paired

      They do their normal stuff, but they just don't shut down, they stay on, both case and buds, even the red lights

    My earbuds were working fine until suddenly they both started to act up by one glitching out the sound, making me adjust them to a specific position just for them to work while the other one works perfect. It’s weird cause they switch out sometimes as one works and the other doesn’t and the the one that works ends up doing the same thing while the other is fine again. How do I fix this?

      @@JonnyZhu Multiple times and it never works. I realized my left earbud works perfectly while the right one needs to be adjusted in my ear to hear sound. If I add the slightest pressure to it, it would only lose sound once again.

      Drain the battery from the earbuds until 0% and recharge back to 100% and see if it solves the issue
