Advantage lang dito mahilig sila sa mga case analysis at mga totoong nangyayari sa industry tlga yong mga practice problems pero mahina sa prof magaling parin ang pinoy. Mabusisi at pinapaintindi tlga. Hindi tamad.

Tanong ko lang po pano po kung may purchase option yung lessee pero silent po yung problem and wala pong nakaindicate na "reasonably certain" yung pag-exercise nya ng purchase option, yung period po ba ng lease term yung gagamitin or yung useful life ng asset sa pagdedepreciate?
