But, It was enjoyable and I really wanted to know if you made the t-shirts. Just for giggles, one time, my husband asked what I was watching. I said, "This lawyer that explains cases, history or the law with citations and humor. I really like her." He said, "Oh, good, let me know when you find a good attorney." - then we smiled at each other. You know the punch line - he's an attorney.
Ill be frank. It kinda sucks to be this demographic. While u can honestly say in some ways we had it coming but it never feels good. EXACTLY! Even if she shares her own opinions, what makes her videos more interesting for me is the fact that she is knowledgeable about the laws surrounding the case. We are hearing from somebody who literally has more experience in the administration of justice and working in litigation. Why do people not get that. 🤣🤣🤣

It was like "hello, fellow kids" from 30 Rock. Almost would think it was a joke, but then the rest of the reply it was clear they had no sense of humor.
I always find it interesting when people criticize professionals for having their opinions and not hiding them. I'm a teacher and I have heard the same things, that I should not share my thoughts, my feelings, etc, and it's interesting to me because, deep down, the criticism is not because we are professionals who aren't neutral (because no one is neutral), it's because our opinions go against the whole system. White men in power can openly be racist and remain in power. White men can say that they "grab a woman by their p*ssy" and become the President of the United States. Now, when it's women, LGBTQ+ people and non-white people saying things that are not "meant" to be said, then it's suddenly an issue of professionalism. I'm from Brazil and I've been told that I shouldn't express my opinions in class in order to not "brainwash" kids, but the same people who say that see nothing wrong with forcing kids to take mandatory religious classes. These people don't fool me anymore.

I remember the first time during my life as a cashier when someone was complaining and said they wouldn't be back. I said, "Okay," and then we just stood there until I asked if she was done so I could call the next customer up. A couple times later, I started printing out duplicate receipts and asking them to write on it that they wouldn't be shopping here anymore and I had permission to cancel their rewards account, so we wouldn't bother them any further. Moral of the story is people love an empty threat and hate consequences!
It might be due to my own experiences but whenever someone says “female” in place of girl/woman it rings some alarms for me. Maybe it’s the petty coming out but I always wanna ask “ ‘Female’ what? Female goose? Female giraffe?” 😆

I really enjoy your content about all kinds of different topics and I have been a subscriber for awhile now. I enjoy your viewpoint and how you relay information, making sure if there is something that could be confusing, you clarify. You help make sure that while it's your opinion, it's about having an INFORMED opinion. While I am not female, your view keeps a lot of groups in mind. Yes, I am part of the LGBTQ+ community, but your views keep an open mind to the best of your abilities, anyone who says differently are already watching with a closed one. I agree that the negative behavior of any group, (including cis-het white men), should never be glossed over. Minority groups (again, not Cis-het white men), don't get enough exposure in MANY law situations, so bring on more impacting female, POC, $exuality (censored since we know there are odd comment filters), LBGTQ+, income-challenged issues, etc. You are also a human, simple as that. You have emotions, you have opinions. You reflect those in your videos because you want to make sure people understand the situations going on. You are not any of these people's attorney that you are talking about. You have stated since you are not a public attorney, you have that choice to decline taking a client if you feel it conflicts with your views, opinions or if you don't think you can serve as their attorney without judgement. As you have made very clear, If you take a client that you know you can't serve correctly or disagree with the situation, you could be seen as being in conflict. My judge was goofy, opinionated and chaotic. He lost his car keys in a pile of ham whilst also serving on high court cases. You can be a great lawyer and a fun person. Love this channel.

I originally came through when you reacted to BussyQueen's Videos, but had seen some of your content suggested prior. I really enjoy your content about all kinds of different topics and I have been a subscriber for awhile now. I enjoy your viewpoint and how you relay information, making sure if there is something that could be confusing, you clarify. You help make sure that while it's your opinion, it's about having an INFORMED opinion.
While I am not female, your view keeps a lot of groups in mind. Yes, I am part of the LGBTQ+ community, but your views keep an open mind to the best of your abilities, anyone who says differently are already watching with a closed one. I agree that the negative behavior of any group, (including cis-het white men), should never be glossed over. Minority groups (again, not Cis-het white men), don't get enough exposure in MANY law situations, so bring on more impacting female, POC, $exuality (censored since we know there are odd comment filters), LBGTQ+, income-challenged issues, etc.
You are also a human, simple as that. You have emotions, you have opinions. You reflect those in your videos because you want to make sure people understand the situations going on. You are not any of these people's attorney that you are talking about. You have stated since you are not a public attorney, you have that choice to decline taking a client if you feel it conflicts with your views, opinions or if you don't think you can serve as their attorney without judgement. As you have made very clear, If you take a client that you know you can't serve correctly or disagree with the situation, you could be seen as being in conflict.

If someone prefers a more conservative view, there are plenty of outlets that they can go for that.

I love your representation of lawyers. I worked as a clerk for some judges for a bit and whilst judges are of course impartial for their work they are people too. My judge was goofy, opinionated and chaotic. He lost his car keys in a pile of ham whilst also serving on high court cases. You can be a great lawyer and a fun person. Love this channel.
