I had my "TOWER" moment last week. Kick out my step son after he flipped out on me and destroyed my house. He punched a huge hole in my wall and ripped cupboard doors off. But I didn't let him get me all worked up like I used to. I called the cops and let them take care of it. I know God was working in me. He kept me and my husband safe through it. Shower and cleanse with salt water light a candle focused your attention, grounding for example and ask your angels or higher self or whatever you believe to be with you so you feel safe and let go cry if you need to write your barriers for not feeling good or not releasing the sickness, sadness… anything that is not inline with your highest good. I had my "TOWER" moment last week. Kick out my step son after he flipped out on me and destroyed my house. He punched a huge hole in my wall and ripped cupboard doors off. But I didn't let him get me all worked up like I used to. I called the cops and let them take care of it.

Last year the day after thanksgiving…my power went out early in the morning when I got up to get ready for work, it came back on but lights were flickering..2 days later a mirror fell off the wall in my downstairs bathroom but didn’t break. The issues with my flights flickering and dimming continued until about March…this year my dad passed away on March 23 by this time the lights had stopped flickering/dimming .
