I don’t think I have ever seen a minister so thoroughly at home in the pulpit. He was born to do this. Thank you for that, Lord!
Great teaching Pastor Paul. My biggest desire is to hear from God. One morning I came across John 10:27, Jesus said, My sheep hear My voice, and I know them and they follow Me. After reading this I verse, I humbly went to God and said "Lord you said," then I quoted His words back to Him and I said I believe what you said. Then I asked Him to help me hear Him better and to follow Him. He has shown me He is always speaking I just need to spend time with Him, listen and follow. I am so happy I have a God I can be so honest and open with and spill my heart out to. Praise you Jesus!
Don't laugh but I'm over 50 and finally understand. Praise Jesus.

I am 74 and there are still things I struggle to understand. In fact, I hold everything lightly but the core truths of the faith. And I find it is enough to hold me fast with my loving Lord.
My husband and I get so much understanding & love Pastor Paul's

This is great! Many years ago , I was one of those who felt the government should keep displaying the 10 commandments. Thank God for growth to see the right battles as a Christian. I have come so far yet much growth to go.

Wow. Thank you for this explanation of what it means to walk in the Spirit and more importantly how to do it. I am 67 years old and still this message was life changing for me. To God be the glory.
I am starving to go back to REGULAR verse by verse teaching like I grew up with! Our 4-week series come from Scripture, but the Big Picture is missing.
Pastors think people will get board in the verse by verse. But the opposite occurs! The Bible comes alive!

The more I spend time with the Lord in His Word and prayer the more I desire the things of the Spirit. The less I spend time in His Word and in prayer the less I desire the things of the Spirit. The latter does not always lead to more desire of the flesh but then put you in a place of emptiness, like a void that's unbearable. That loneliness, uselessness feeling and emptiness can only be remedied by spending time with the Lord. There is no other way.

In the example given of someone putting the commandments in a card in front of their lawn is confusing because in --Revelation 12:17 says. - And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and he went to make war with the rest of her offspring, who keep the commandments of God and the testimony of Jesus Christ.
