- Did you know that the lock screen photo in Lara's phone wasn't staged for the movie, To All The Boys I Loved? When the camera focuses on Lara's iPhone lock screen in a scene from TATBILB, we see a picture of her and Peter taking a nap on a couch. Even though the picture was absolutely ideal for the scene, it turned out to be an on-location IRL snapshot of Condor and Centineo. According to the filmmakers, the two of them were in the actor's waiting area in the green room on the high school location's set. They were actually dozing off in that position on the couch when the picture was taken.

if i remember correctly they explained in an interview that it wasnt odd or anything for cast members to take naps in between scenes it was a normal thing so they were both tired and decided to take a quick nap together

I thought she was dating someone else during that time, if so I hope this is false. Otherwise, that's highly inappropriate and she doesn't seem like the type to be disrespectful to their relationship ( he also doesn't see lm the type)
I dunno how long she's been with her fiance but it's true. She and Noah never dated but they were very open about how close they were, she said she literally had a crush on him and liked to think he had a crush on her too in an interview
@LangkeeLongkee thats sad, being close is okay, but snuggling with someone who is not your significant other (and not a family member) is not cool and like I said I didn't think she or Noah were the type to do that.

@LangkeeLongkee well kissing while acting or for work is not the same snuggling on your personal time. I agree that friends do snuggle, especially those who have been friends for a long time and not new friends when you're already in a relationship (also to be honest all my male friends who I'm close enough to snuggle with are like family to me, so my views may be skewed).
But I would like to stress, my hope is that if she was in a relationship, the video was lying or misconstrued what actually occurred. If she wasn't I don't really care. I think she (and Noah) are great, honest, kind and caring. And I wish to keep that opinion of her.

But I don't think you should apply your standards to other people's relationships. Actors in general are kinda weird, and extra, and can be hella close. Again, if you're comfortable enough to make out with someone while 20+ watch to film, light, record etc etc, using them as a pillow when they're your good friend isn't that big a deal. They aren't the only two on set who'd take naps together, this picture was just in the movie but other actors napped together on this set specifically too. Noah especially seemed to just be chilling from what I've seen.
And the video didn't lie. They took a nap together and someone snapped a pic, they thought it would be cute so they used it in the movie. Like you can literally look it up they've mentioned it MULTIPLE times in multiple interviews. This is one of the most well known easter egg type fun facts about the shooting of these movies.
