So this stove is known as a "wood gasifier" stove. The stove is designed in such a way that the wood burns then gass created by the wood is also burnt in a secondary burn because of the airflow. It's designed to take a small amount of very tiny fuel and get the most out of it. Solo stoves are GREAT
I just can’t justify $130 for it when there’s others with a nearly identical design for $27 (that I bought) maybe it’ll bite me in the ass but it even had the spot to thro more wood in
@@connorj2775 I'm pretty sure that if the stove has the same design it will work well. I got mine second hand for cheap. my only concern with the bootleg ones would be if they have the same build quality
@@connorj2775 pretty much. So when you burn wood not only does the wood burn but it produces a flammable gas. The two wall construction of the stove adds oxygen to that gass and pushes it back into the fire so that it burns a second time. This is what causes the fire to burn so cleanly and efficiently
1 thing I learned from "the hitch hikers guide to the galaxy" is to always know where your towel is, a belt loop works wonders for this, especially when you go camping in the deep bush.

That knife shape is super convenient and sought after for mushroom foragers, it makes it easier to not damage the mycelium (root like base) when harvesting ground mushrooms, kinda like a super precise shovel.
It's actually making charcoal. That's exactly what lump wood charcoal looks like and lump wood burns at around 1200 degrees. That's a very impressive camp stove.
Nice. This is the first battle box you've tested that wasn't useless. Lol. Except for the holster, this would actually be great for a camping trip or hiking.
Thanks for the codes 👍 that's BOSS !!!! Battle box lol more like camping box. Kinda like your penny stove, you can make one of those pretty easy out of a coffee tin and wire coat hanger.
I got into backpacking several years ago and I've done tons of research on camping stoves and the solo stove is the real deal and awesome for backpacking because you don't carry any fuel and don't have that weight
I wouldn’t get the subscription personally I think these companies like battle Box are too inconsistent. Sometimes there is some good stuff and sometimes it’s a complete disappointment.
@@RobWenzel84 they actually are, you always get your moneys worth. They put the price of each individual item in the pamphlet. Ofc you pay a little more for shipping and stuff, but if you were to buy all these items separately it would be right around the same cost.
Who else wants to see tyler grow some of those vegetables for a vid? I feel like he'd kill them all 😂 It would be fun to watch him try and maybe succeed!
Does anyone else think it would be bad ass for him to put some of his supporter stickers on that garage door and decorate it with all the cool sticker items he gets or a fans yt sticker
i feel as though that camp stove is a bit of a gimmick first you need to pack it then you need to put it on a flat level surface then fill it with tiny sticks and it takes 10 minutes to boil water it would be quicker and easier to just pack a hatchet
Just woke up to drink, went to see notifications and i saw this, i don't care that it's 12:14 Am and that i have school tomorrow, i will still watch this.Continue with these awesome videos, luv ya (No homo)
as someone who has a wood heat in there house and camps quite often I can tell you from experience that wood was pretty much spent and there was not (lots left)
I think Tyler needs to start putting every sticker he gets on the garage
He probably wants to sell this house one day....without getting a new garage door.
Walter Soapcheck Then he can make a WD-40 video.
He should put all the stickers in a rock tumbler for 30 days.
he should put the stickers of products he tests but only the ones that actually work and if they’re worthy, they go on the garage
Lmao i was about to comment that he should but you beat me to it. I agree 100%

LokasennaCole that’s what I’m worried about, but I guess I’ll find out.
Also this is basically an afterburner for wood?

I made mine for almost nothing, uses a #10 and #5 size cans
Can't wait to see a battle box rot in a corrosive liquid for 30 days
Yes
My exact thoughts lol
Unopened right? We want it to be a true mystery.
Yes Bigdude0444
he should make another podcast they are great to listen too lol
The towel is designed to be folded and then rolled and use the snap to hold it in place, I have one for backpacking
Bro thanks for saying that I was bout to burn mine

Shroomies o:
Ok but twisting is better than cutting. The stump you leave when cutting is gonna get infected and damage more mycelium than carefully twisting it out

You're right about the knife, it's a skinning/fleshing knife for preparing leather and furs for tanning
And this, kids, is how the garage door of stickers was born.
The man. The beard. The legend.
The legendary dumbass who doesn’t know what an holster is
@@duckman5849 what a* holster is.

Saved my butt numerous times
Yeah but it's gonna get washed out very fast. Won't even last half as long as the soap does.
Product manufactures watching their products in Tyler’s hands. Emergency meeting guys he is gonna break everything
Like that stove and the knife. The seeds are awesome too but hard to do a review. Plant that shit bro.
They save so much money not sending Tyler tube any instructions. Cause he never reads that ish
Dont be shy, say shit😊
David Hunter Shi
I truly admire his habit of lighting fires in a closed garage!
Honestly you've saved me money. I was going to start buying these boxes but I can do better on my own.
"just gonna have to do this the old fashioned way"
***holds flame thrower to wood for 5 seconds 😂😂
Love how we call the torch a flamethrower
There was someone who said that he was the reason why instructions have pictures and him basically confirming it made me laugh

Those peppers are ONLY to be used by someone screaming "YOLO" while planting them.
I love seeing you test stuff out.
That little stove is awesome!!!
That glow in the dark cord would be good for temporary night trail marking !

Pickle juice?
Rock tumbler?
keep making more of these. They're entertaining.
Been watching this channel for 2yrs and He still is giving top quality. Imma still watch years after today because of this epic content
please keep doing this series I love watching it
6:40 - 6:52 WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?!?!? 😂😂😂 DID HE HAVE A DAMN STROKE MID VIDEO?!?! 😂😂😂😂
Tyler Mcmullen 💀 😂
more of a mild stutter lol
You should plant some of those seeds next spring.
"It doesnt have much of a point"...
How often do you stab things?
“There’s no smoke”. Well yeah, you’re burning lighter fluid. When the wood burns, you’ll get your smoke
I love how the tape is still on the garage door
Hell yeah more battle box!
Anyone else saw one of his videos and went back and watched every single one of his videos?
Knife and the stove were the best. That knife looks AWESOME!
I'd love to know more about Tyler like what he does when he's not in the garage.
he is a diesel mechanic, mentioned it in one video a bit back
@CLureCo thats not Tyler lol
You should plant the rarest seeds and make them grow and then make a video about it
PS: greetings from Chile
PS2: excuse the google translator.
You did better than most native speakers of English here. :)
The towel had the belt loop thing for rock climbers, they’ll clip it to their bag or waist to be able to dry off during a climb!
"A watched pot never boils." Tyler just proved that wrong.
Now the garage door is the official sticker wall
Tyler's videos are always interesting even when not much happens he still makes his videos interesting.
Heirloom is supposed to let you harvest the seeds to grow more of the same plant, without genetic problems.
You better stickerbomb that garage door now.
"under desk holster"......no idea what that is lmaoo
I'm telling you bro, from personal experience, you NEED to get the Pro Plus box. Trust me
I Love Tyler Tube Videos 😍
you should sticker bomb your garage door with stickers from all the stuff you test
Time for TylerGarden.
Hello from Germany!!
When you like Battle Box, but don't want to pay for the subscription.
That bag of seeds sounds amazing!
I can’t wait intel Tyler hits 1 mill
Might want to open the garage when burning lighter fluid. Love the "old fashioned" method of using a blowtorch.
It’s a splitting blade. It’s used for splitting sticks for kindling, and shaving sticks
I love when you film at night cuz the ambient sounds
I freaking love these videos
My wood fits in a lot of things 😁👍
That blade style is called a nesmukk and it is a skinning knife but im a huge fan of it for a utility knife too.
You can test the 🌱 seeds by growing them.
These boxes actually look really high quality, if I wasn’t 14 I would get one
Before you order it check out the 2nd one he reviewed. I'm disappointed by it

You should do a video with those seeds where you water them with different liquids and see if they grow

Those seeds are mostly non tender veggies that can grow easily. The pumpkin is probably the hardest thing to grow that you listed.

Lol too bad they didn’t throw in the grenade soap T.A.I.N.T. scrubber. Also the belt loop thing is so you can roll the towel up and secure it.
