The Cross Fade only applies when the clips overlap, u can use the cut tool and rightclick cut the part that overlaps and it will return to normal When u accidentally zoom in that’s ( shift or ctrl + right click) just do it again and it brings u back to where u were before if u change the zoom it forgets where h were before

@@ChambersOnIt yeah it works only in the piano roll. If you see on the top scroll bar (for the playlist) to the right, next to the arrow you see like a little bar, hit it with middle click. Middle click also reset every FL studio knob you use it on (plug-ins, etc)
