edit: i asked a french friend to translate the second part of what eno said
what he's basically saying is to make pro player parties among good players and play together all the time, just like how tnt run players make "pro player parties" (also known as ppp) and play with each other (because the normal game itself is too easy and boring)
my personal take is that this COULD work out i guess but i dont really think its gonna revive the game or anything
That wouldn't do any difference + there are no private games in quake + for the last few days the evening queues are just 7 pros at the same time so it's technically the same thing and I can tell you it's not as fun as the normal non queues, but it's still fun (in some hard way)
im not sure about what difference it would do + tnt run ppp's arent played in private games + thats probably why, bc most people in the tnt run com enjoy a more competitive scene atm. there arent many people win grinding in pubs because its mind numbing
@@Melongan yeah I used a bit of a vague translation, but there’s already sometimes pro parties in quake, and like ruhtray said even when there are pro parties it’s almost never a full 12 ppl queue which means he would have gotten into my games regardless of whether or not I was in a party
