T. S. Eliot: The Wasteland

Thank you, good Sir. I am a retired academic (Ph.D on the works of Dickens). I battled with Eliot throughout my days as a student and teacher. I determined to explore him further in my retirement years and to attain a measure of fulfilment. I am presently engaged in this personal project which means a lot to me. Your lecture has certainly helped me on my journey.
I intend moving from "The Waste Land" onto "The Four Quartets". I believe, compellingly, that these two works are organically connected as Eliot proceeds in the latter collection of poems to unravel the paradox of time.
