I had a deep dish spinach pizza when I was in Chicago for 3 months. It has stayed with me since and over the years I could not bear to eat those pizzas in Singapore except my mom's. Mom's pizzas had toppings double or even 2.5 times the height of pizzas sold in Singapore. I will try his and I hope it will be similar to what I had in Chicago.
