Great presentation as usual. Big house with good spaces, but lacks the wow factor that justifies 2.5m. needs major wow upgrades. Fine urban interiors( not sure name) are amazing. An upgrade would justify it costing even 3.5m. Great job priter

Great video. Love your camera work, House looks nice but it needs an interior designer to work on it. At this price point, there is an expectation of "elegance". No slightly misplaced tiles, a great color palette, integration of technology etc. Simply, the house does not have that wow factor that elevates it vs similar properties of less price.

I wish we could be more focused on modernizing African architecture and promoting them.
Great work by Priter Homes however I believe if you're going to sell a million dollar property the owner should at the very least furnish it with some high end interior design just to give the potential owners a glimpse of how life could be in that property... even if the furniture et al is leased.

Good space but lacks wow factor, especially at the entry way. Wheel chair accessible would be an added advantage and some great finishing to upgrade it to a class of its own. The price a little exaggerated. Good showcase though

Top notch houses as usual. The back yard has soo much concentrate at the centre of the house. Maybe the pool should have been at the edge of the expansive backyard.

For a 2.5Million dollar home, the finishing is a bit sloppy. an example would be how scuffed the wooden trim at the entrance is.
