Synopsis:
A shady man enters a café that (supposedly) secretly sells 'illegal services' in which he engages on. Later, upon finishing his transaction, he’s then presented with a receipt, which isn't the charges of the services but the 'Charges' of his actions.
"There is no good in a society where leaders and judges are 'purchased like merchandise'."
