    Ingredients:-
    Brinjal - Thinly sliced,
    Oil for deep fry,
    For Aloo Stuffed -
    Potatoes -4 nos.,
    Coriander leaves -finely chopped,
    Salt as per taste,
    Cumin seeds -1tsp,
    Cornflour -2tbsp,
    Black pepper -½tsp,
    Kashmiri Red chilli powder -1tsp.
    For Cornflour Slurry -
    Cornflour -2tbsp,
    All purpose flour (maida) -2tbsp,
    Rice flour -2tbsp,
    Salt - ¼tsp,
    Black pepper -½tsp,
    Some Oregano & Chilli flakes,
    Water -⅓cup.
