The DNC tends to objectify its candidates lately. They kind of treat them like flavors of candy that do well with customers instead of separate and distinct, individual human beings. The individual is kind of ignored in favor of demographic characteristics. She basically ticks the female box, the person of color box and so forth. (The African-American box is disputed so, I just went with general person of color.) I’m shocked that she’s not LGBT. She even speaks English without an accent. Also shocking. Her policies? Her stances? Her personality? Irrelevant. As long as the DNC keeps doing this, they’re going to continue to struggle. They got away with it last time because everybody was desperate to get Trump out of the White House during that pandemic.

I’ve got my Trump/Vance sign in my front yard and I express my support on social media platforms such as this. My only disappointment with Trump is that he is not more pro life. I pray he changes on that. I do appreciate that he honors the mother of God at his rallies. That’s the smartest thing he has done because She will protect him.
I’m first generation Mexican-American born. I understand the people that came to the U.S. illegally for a better life. (Because I’m a product of it)

The apt I lived in when I transferred for work was $850 a month. I've since bought a house, but now that same apt goes for $1250 a month. Like him or not, he had us in a far better financial situation.

I can’t imagine why anyone is surprised. A lot of people are not willing to vote for somebody that was the most unfavorable VP in history of polling on VP’s. Who they then decided to push on us and tell us that we suddenly have to get behind her and love her. This is the same woman they wanted off the ticket just a few weeks before. Not all of us are willing to do that. I’m not willing to vote for someone who did not win a primary. Lied about Biden‘s condition. And spent all of her time for the year before she was inserted as candidate telling anyone who would listen that all of the issues she now claims she’s going to fix, didn’t even exist. There’s a lot of us that aren’t going to vote for somebody like that just because she’s the Democratic candidate. I’m sorry.
She was a poor candidate and the way she was inserted was insane. You yourself did not have a high opinion of her until she became the candidate and then suddenly she’s the greatest and we’re going to get behind her. Not all of us are willing to do that.
