    Thanks a lot for all the clarifications! Numbers are now super clear. What I found amazing is that I'm testing the 9, 17 ,26 numbers on a 5min chart on crypto markets and it works! Got max and min almost perfectly placed. It means that my market resonates with the numbers. It also helps (I think) to answer an old question I had on potentially modifying the Ichimoku settings (9/26/52) for scalping crypto markets (already tried forex setting 5/15/30, etc.) but in fact, we don't have to change anything. Orginal Ichimoku settings suit perfectly.

    • @KeiForex
      @KeiForex  4 года назад

      Yes, if you change the settings, then Kihon Suchi numbers should be changed too because Ichimoku lines and Kihon Suchi numbers go along. Stay Gold!

    Kei: Another great video on ichimoku time theory. Really appreciated your wisdom and knowledge. Just a note about manually measuring highs, lows using eyeballing. I was wondering would it be quicker to use the zigzag indicator with values? then draw the vertical lines to see the patterns? do you accept this kind of short cut?

    • @KeiForex
      @KeiForex  4 года назад +3

      I've tried Zigzag tool with different settings and found that I couldn't capture exact highs and lows. Better to capture them manually and once you get used to it, you don't need any tools. Stay Gold!

    And Jugi, kakugi are part of Ichimoku ?

    • @KeiForex

      9, 17, 26 are called basic kihon suchi and other numbers are called combined kihon suchi. Basically they are the combination of 9, 17, 26. And yes, Jugi and Kakugi are part of Ichimoku Time Cycles. Stay Gold!

    Thank you for sharing. Regarding Jugi, if we have identified a 3 candle Jugi for a 17 candle time cycle, do we have to subtract 3 candles before counting 17 again? similarly, if we have identified a 5 candle Kakugi, do we have to wait 5 candles before counting 17 candles? if we do not, then how can we project the next 17 candles from the most recent high? thank you.

    Hello Kei. Million Thanks for your video. Lately have been using Ichimoku on Crypto Market. Was wondering... (Since crytpo market doesn't have off days., Is a common idea to change Ichimoku settings to a full month -10,30,60,30 (and/or doubleing values (20, 60,120,60). Doing so, Would all this multiple numbers shared on your video still work? or obviously I'd have to find the proper numbers that set with your explanations. Thank you very much Kei for your awesome work!. Very appreciated it!

    • @KeiForex

    I can see the trend is a downtrend - is it because price is pulling back?

    Awesome videos... Been looking for true source information and I feel i am getting it here. I have a question regarding the Taito Suchi for crypto markets that are 24 hours 7 days a week. The default (kihon suchi) time cycles are 9, 26, 52, 26 etc. Would these time cycles be different in a market that is every day all day? I have been seeing that these number are changed for crypto markets to 20, 30, 120, 60 because it is assumed these numbers are similar to 9 days is approx 2 weeks of trading, 26 is approximately a month of trading etc and somehow they convert it to a 24/7 market. IS this right? What is Kihon suchi based from and would this still work for a 24/7 market?

    • @KeiForex
      @KeiForex  4 года назад

      Sometimes market goes along with Kihon Suchi but sometimes not, just like Fibonacci retracement. The true art of Ichimoku is to capture the time cycles in any numbers, not only Kihon Suchi. You can also focus on Jugi and Kakugi to look for the cycles. Stay Gold!

    • @8lackVision
      @8lackVision 4 года назад

      @@KeiForex However, there are trader that change the ichimoku settings to 20, 30, 120, 60 instead of 9,26,52,26. They state it is because crypto is a 24/7 market. But does that make any difference? It seems that there are less entries and opportunities to trade with the higher settings. I also noticed when you analysed BTC futures that you kept the traditional settings, Kihon Suchi.
