For everyone who grows up struggling to overcome a speech disorder, it's a big deal for them and their families. It doesn't matter how well a school is funded. The math, reading, spelling, social studies or arts & sciences teachers do not have the specialized training required to work with special needs children. That would be a speech language pathologist (aka speech therapist). This is where I began to laugh at you until tears came. In my entire life I've never been called a racist and for those who actually know me, they would not associate that term with me at all.
