I suffer face twitches such as winking, got me in trouble once at college and spasms in my neck which when laying down it makes my whole body spasm
Your ASMRs make them easier to deal with. It calms my Mind
If in the US, and in many other places as well, your college should have an office of inclusion or something like that helps with accomodations. This would be as simple as then letting the professors know you have a documented medical issue and they need to just ignore your tics. Don't be afraid to ask for what you need, friend. 💜

My college was real mean about my ticks if any staff would of seen it I would be expelled ,so every single time I couldn’t keep it in I would ask to go to the bathroom and do it in one of the stalls behind a locked door the course lasted 4 years they said they would Expel me on my 2nd year
Thankfully I’ve finished the course and left that college.

Awww I feel seen...I got hit by a car while I was out jogging. That put an end to my jogging. I didn't break any bones but I left with concussion #3 and busted up the car that hit me. I tried to get up and walk home.

Not jogging related but this reminded me of my junior year when I fell in the parking lot at my school and completely killed my knees…..I still have the scars to show for it 😅 I’m known as the clumsy one in my family 😬

I'm probably in the minority, but the tuning fork causes me way more anxiety than anything else. Probably due to trauma from a test for an ulnar neuropathy involving a tuning fork 23 years ago.

When I got my tetanus shot, my dr recommended I get it in my dominant arm, because supposedly it works it through and doesn’t hurt as long if you use it more… let me tell you, BIG mistake. Whatever arm you don’t use is best imo
