Watching these doodles has made me realize that I was so ignorant when it come to spiritual warfare. I've been a follower of Yeshua for over a decade and I am now awakened from my sleep. I am thankful that God led me to your channel. ✝❤
This series has to be one of the best things I've found on youtube. What a brilliant way to apply your talent and to get Lewis's lessons across to new generations.
This was really great, you encapsulated the eeriness towards the end with the shift in music. It’s quite fascinating that much of the debate about Christianity is focused around wether it is useful or not, rather than it being true. C.S Lewis was a visionary.
These "doodle" video's are really educational. I have been raised an atheist but there were always arguments and rhetoric which seemed to have something strange about them. Many years ago I wouldn't understand why that is, but now it's starting to make sense. Looking at the world today there do seem to be quite obvious evil forces at work to attack us. Behind their stated aims and goals lie more nefarious and malevolent ones. Thank you for these video's.
I think C.S. Lewis, when studying literature at Oxford, had the similar experience with atheist books lacking something: “Even among ancient authors the same paradox was to be found. The most religious (Plato, Aeschylus, Virgil) were clearly those on whom I could really feed. On the other hand, those writers who did not suffer from religion and with whom in theory my sympathy ought to have been complete - Shaw and Wells and Mill and Gibbon and Voltaire - all seemed a little thin; what as boys we called "tinny". It wasn't that I didn't like them. They were all (especially Gibbon) entertaining; but hardly more. There seemed to be no depth in them. They were too simple. The roughness and density of life did not appear in their books.” (C.S. Lewis, Surprised by Joy, Chapter 14).
Note to our American cousins: If you make tea in a cup then the milk goes last as it interferes with the drawing process, but if made in a tea pot, then *the milk goes first.* Now you are a proper toff.

Wow, this is awesome...makes you wonder why no one has ever thought of creating a feature animation for the Screwtape Letters
That would be great, or even a full length movie

By the Lord, I hope the artist does Chapter 12. That one was a very good one that shook me to my core when I first heard it, and is a great one.

Super great work. Thanks for this.
Putting the milk in before the tea, truly heinous.

And by putting lemon juice in your tea instead of milk one becomes a proper king.
@@CSLewisDoodle There must be a tea snob tempter out there too. Love the doodles.
What amazing work!
Perfect as usual :D
Jaw Dropping*
Wow!
Are all the screwtape letters done? Are they doodled? Where can I access the rest of the series?
Only four letters doodled. This is just an introduction to the book. See more details of the audio in the video description.
