Why is the Dozer SITTING and doing nothing when the site is filling up with loads? His job (main job) is to make a place for each Truck to Dump so that the Loaded Trucks sit as litle as possible. Pushing loads is secondary. Machines sitting idle for any length of time is unacceptable. AND why is no one load spotting showing the Trucks where to dump?

The job at hand is to push dirt in the hole. Not to see how many trucks can jamb up the job site with piles... Faster than the dozer Hand can push them off. The trucks can only unload up on the hard pack, without risk of tipping sideways. The dozer operator only stopped long enough to allow trucks to cycle through, in the video EVERYBODY ELSE watched. 🧐 🤫 🤔
Why do they use so much trucks? They are just waiting, the same work could be done with half of the trucks or less. Is that stupidity done only for youtube to make impressive shots of the trucks piling up?
