Fun video. Back in my beginner years (mid 70's) of collecting coins a friend took me to visit the gentleman who supposedly was the first to discover the 1955 Poor Man's Double Die. At the time I wasn't impressed but now that I think about it was pretty cool. I would imagine it was during 1955 when the 1955 DDO was discovered and everyone was checking thier pocket change. It's been so long and I was in my early teens so I can't remember much of the meeting. The friend that took me on the visit was a neighbor who paid me with proof sets, mint sets and old coins to cut his grass. I actually named my first son after him. He was a retired gentleman who had suffered a stroke and couldn't do his yard work. He made a big impression on me and taught me a lot about coin collecting. Thanks for sharing your finds.
Just do what I do on Election Day (as of 4 years ago): Vote (if you haven't already), then leave town, try and keep your phone off, and go watch a bunch of trains.
The 1915-S was actually not a 1915-S. I think it was a 1916-D. The condition of most of the coins were reason to overlook many of the slightly better dates.
Really have to commend you Rob for the planning and hard work it took to make the three-part series. Definitely a lot of fun watching the process. Look forward to watching your next collection find. 🙏🤓
That was a nice collection you purchased. Nice amount of Buffaloes and early wheat cents even tho most were worn down or common but still very nice. That 1919 is a beauty. I like those round Lincoln cents folders. Too bad they were bad shape and falling apart. I never seen ones like that. 1960’s? I’m guessing. Rob, I enjoy watching your coin roll hunting videos and also the silver and the coin collections you purchase like this one. Happy hunting!
Fun Hunt! I have one cent books from my Dad. I need to dig them out. 1950 + but if I remember all in good condition. I don't think any key dates but not searched for varieties.
At 13:36 You Said 43 Denvers That's Copper, When The 1943 Denvers Are Supposed To Be Made Out Of Steel, Imagine If They Were Copper LOL Also, Happy Election Day!
How does one restore steel cents? I have a handful of them that look nice but is there a way to spiff them up like you mentioned with the ones you obtained?

Distracting me from the election for a few minutes. Thanks!
Same here 😅
Not going to watch it at all…complete clusterfuck like the past two elections before it
There's an election?
Just do what I do on Election Day (as of 4 years ago): Vote (if you haven't already), then leave town, try and keep your phone off, and go watch a bunch of trains.
@ I could do that without going anywhere. I live 20 feet from a cargo train line. But they only come every few hours.
Hobby unlimited on Long Island was the joint
Enjoyed all 3 videos 😊 It's nice to buy a collection, because you never know what you will find.
Very cool 1919 and 1925. Practically no wear at all. So, so cool. Thanks for sharing.
It is always fun to go through someone else's collection - and you had some sweet minor varieties - those are nice to find. Another great video!
2:18 you overlooked the 1916-D (36 million), 1928-D (31 million), and the semi key date 1915-S (5 million) in that book
The 1915-S was actually not a 1915-S. I think it was a 1916-D. The condition of most of the coins were reason to overlook many of the slightly better dates.
Great 3 part videos and congratulations on you're finds thanks for sharing Rob
One mans collection is another mans Treasure .
Always like watching the collection videos Rob….waited all weekend for this particular video :)
Not a bad collection. Thanks for sharing the hunt.
Really have to commend you Rob for the planning and hard work it took to make the three-part series. Definitely a lot of fun watching the process. Look forward to watching your next collection find. 🙏🤓
Thank you brother, it was a lot of fun!
Oodles and oodles of fun! Nice RPM finds, Rob! As goofy as they are, I did like the Lincoln shaped collection books! Cheers!

My grandma has a 1909-1940 Whitman like yours and the only spots missing are the 1909s and 1909s vdb. The 14D and 31S are in awesome condition!
Those are great ones to have!
Nice! I liked this series!
All parts of the videos very Good Overall. Always enjoy your videos. Hope to see more in the future.

Wheat cent inventory time
Hi Rob, what kind of coin microscope do you have and where can they be purchased. TIA for your help.
I have a link in the video description and on my webesite.
done with the rest of the world, time for RFT!
Where can I find one of those magnets like the white one you have?
I got this one years ago. Maybe Amazon?
That 1950D at 11:18 looks like ONE CEXT ---- Die Clash?
Dang - not sure. I will have to take a look later!
How does one restore steel cents? I have a handful of them that look nice but is there a way to spiff them up like you mentioned with the ones you obtained?
What is your copper jar? What years are you saving in there? And for what? Thanks.
What's that on Lincoln's back on that 1925 P at 11:03 ?
Hello Rob
Hi brother!
What about the Casino Rolls? Are you going to open those? That's what I am waiting for.
I found it strange how the coins were stored in the paper coin rolls !
Looks like 1882 to me
Could be for sure.
Hey rob I was asking who did you vote for
I do not discuss politics or religion on my channel.
I wanted to see more coins out of paper rolls...😢
Mera pass 1911 ka Britain's coins gold 1 gram 22 karat for sall ka lia ha
A lot of penny’s searched;. You would think more than one indaan head.
And now Part 4 will be the part where you send all of the key dates to Johnnie T. Just saying.
I hope you didn't pay a lot for the collection. They all looked like coins being found in circulation, still.
I did not pay a lot, but I paid for the hunt more than the coins.
E
BOOM! 💥
Cool series, thanks for sharing.
First 10 mins! Thanks for keeping me from caring about my problems.
