I'm not sure how accurate the map is, in fact I belive it's mostly made up, but hey, it's better than nothing at all.

Yes, this is going to be a free game when it's done, but keep in mind that even 4090 ti is barely enough to run ai locally, but with growing demand in the future this kind of technology will become more powerful and affordable.

This sounds like the ultimate brony dream. I would love to hang out in Ponyville and chat with ponies about random stuff. Wonky AI would just make it even more entertaining. I have to try not to get excited about this because the crushing disappointment of abandonment or a cease and desist would hurt so bad.

Looks like it would make a really cool RPG where you go on friendship quests and could even have quests refencing little side quirks of the show, like holding off the parasprites from terrorizing ponies, or defending ponyville from timberwolves, or helping the cmc find their cutiemarks

I get what you are saying and I do agree with what you are saying when it comes to the rp aspect when others tell you to do X when you think Y is better. This is absolutely the most insane thing ever!! I want this to happen so bad!!! You have no idea. The one thing I would suggest though, is having a pony user instead of a human user, because that's kind of weird to be honest, especially all the memes and porn behind having a green male human avatar roaming around with these ponies.... Or maybe a human model and a pony model we can go back and forth and choose from? It would be SO fun being a pony. Maybe we could even do slight customizations to our main character?
i love the way ponyville looks in this realistic but cartoony style. it reminds me of Kinectamals for xbox 360 with how i really feel like i'm there just by loooking at it! i'm so excited for this game to get released so i can experience this little world!

Seeing the Golden Oaks Library rendered gave me a full-on nostalgia blast. It's weird to think it was only around for 4 of the 9 seasons, but still had such a place in my memory.
Watching this come along is truly amazing. Honestly just so great.

At some points I was concerned about the possibility of you crashing into smth, even though it didn't feel like the POV of a tangible entity (maybe smth like a breezie?), but overall I liked it.
if this turns out to be a game someday it would be really epic i absolutely adore how it looks so far

Looking forward, should add more animations for basic life interactions for the ponies. LIke eating, drinking and sitting down! Then add them in order (I.E. Sitting down with a oat bun>Eats oat bun>burps or talks to ponies/player nearby!

I've been trying to learn Blender for MONTHS in my spare time to make a model of Ponyville with all its citizens for animation purposes - you've done SUCH a good job! It looks better than I could ever imagine doing it myself, and in an interactive format aswell!

I feel like putting some detail on the walls of those houses and buildings could go a long way, just having some scratches and weathering would make it feel lived in. Then again with how that town is completely destroyed every week or so I wouldn't be surprised if there's no building more than a year old.

Ill admit, im a bit worried about the morality of using ai voices of people that might not want to be replicated, abd it may come with some backlash if this project gets more popular.
However, i think you could potentially ask some people who are good at replicating the voices to work on it, and using their interpretations of the characters(which ive heard around back when i was more into mlp,some of them sound EXACTKY like the character theyre fan-voicing) to turn into ai voices instead(since youd have their permission, and as such, the moral dilemma isnt really there. Plus, you could have then say a few things that arent in the show, which could help in the ai fluidity of words that otherwise may sound clunky.)
Genuibely not trying to sound backhanded here, im just. Not the best with constructive criticism on a topic like AI use. Aside from that, i think the project is stunning, and i cant wait to see how it turns out once its all finished!!
