    Sister see for making whipping cream take 1/4 cup of milk 🥛 add gelatin 3tps mix it add icing sugar and u should keep it in fridge for 10 minutes and add vanilla extract and use electric beater ...... I think it will work

    Add 3tsp of curd in that malai and place four to five hours in room temperature then convert to your mixi jar mix it to three minutes and convert to another vessels add ice water to wash three to four time then butter will seperate mam try it

    Akka u asked about homemade butter..... It's very easy
    1st step : transfer the malai into a big bowl
    2nd step : add a bit of water 1 glass
    3rd step: start beating it with electric beater
    4th step :beat upto the butter forms
    5th step: and then add a bit of ice water to butter and beat it for 5 minutes
    6th step : take a another bowl put some ice water
    7th step : take the butter put in ice water then take the butter out and put in a box and keep in freezer

    Hi sister..😊I'll try to help you... Recently I made butter from malai.. collect the malai from milk for max of 30days ,store it in freezer..
    Make sure that, add curd on before night..and prepare at early morning or late evening , this could help to settle the butter soon..
    With help of cold water and ice cubes.. grind the malai using mixer jar (hope so avoid electric better)..
    The solid yellowish substance is our BUTTER..
    Wash it in cold water for couple of time, to make it harder..
    Store it in refrigerator..
    Hope for the best.. I think it would help u ❤️

    For boundry bar u keep the coconut bar in freezer for 15 min and coat melted chocolate and freeze for 1/2 an hour . U will get an amazing boundry bar

    Hi mam I got nice golden brown on top of the bun without using yeast.
    Before baking I applied melted butter and bake after five minutes of baking I applied a lot of milk mixed with sugar.
    I got nice golden brown on top of the bun .
    Try this this will definitely work .

    I made vannila wafer it turned very crispy.
    I applied butter on the pan around a tea spoon.
    Then I made the batter very thick it’s like a cake.
    Then I correct the batter by adding more water then i applied butter on the pan and it turned very crispy.

    Sister neenga kaachena paal la aadai yeduthu vechum seiyalam. Illana curdla irunthum seiyalam.illatte curdla meala ulla aadaiyai mattum thaneya collect pannekonga+add paal aadai also*kept in fridge as ur container reaches fully.aft that atha oru bottle /Mixer la pottu konjama thayir nearaya thanne add panni pulse kudunga(whipping/blender plade)within a minute u can get but at the top of the mixer. On the other hand shake the bottle wid the ssme quantities of water,curd definitely u can get butter at the top of the bottle.     I know to make ghee. My grand mother told me
    * First namma milk Koda Mela yellow colour la Ada varum atha Namma collect pananum panni fridge la store panni vaikanum
    * After many days oru tiffen box full
    * Then take that we store
    And in mixie jar add that add some cold water and blind it will then that will come like curd after that we want to take that and it will come like a slime then another one time we want to wash in cold water now it's like a slime in your pan add that and mix it well for 10 minutes it will come like ghee don't of the stove when it comes yellow colour then we want to add Muruga leaf now the smell is very sweet mix it well for 20 to 25 minutes after that under it will come like egg poriyalthen makes it well and under that will come like a brown colour then we want to purify it and store in an tight container. we can use for anything please try this recipe I will come don't afraid akka it will come nice I will send the video to your Gmail ID.     I tried the bun recipe without yeast but it got nice golden brown on top.
    Before baking I applied melted butter 🧈 and baked it for five minutes then I applied a lot of milk 🥛 mixed with sugar.
    Then I baked it .At last I kept the flame 🔥 high and baked for 2 to 3 minutes.
    It got nice golden brown on top of the bun.
    I think this will help you mam .

    You can do butter with ghee,ice cubes,and salt
    First beat some ghee in a bowl(if you take 3 tablespoons of ghee,you can get six tablespoons of butter)
    Then add required ice cubes and beat till the cubes melt
    Then add salt as per your wish.

    Home made butter : milk solids / malai nu nega sonegala ,1. atha fridge la store pananum.. 2.while grinding them use cold water athuvum konjam konjam ah add pani off on off on pani nega grind pannaum..
    3. Ithu panrapovae mela butter varum, handwash panitu kai ah vachu nega atha urundai pudichu eduthu vachirlam , note this will be difficult coz kai la greese ah agum..
    4. Again cold water serthu nega mixie la grind pana again kuda butter konjam kedaikum.. more mari agura vara arachu eduthute irugha..
    5. Collected butter ah once again konjam ah ice water pour pani wash panikonga , so that milk lam poirum.. and pure butter kedchurum ungluku atha fridge la store panikonga..
    6. Imp tip 1 . Collect and Store milk solids everyday in a closed container and keep it in fridge..also while putting in mixie it should be cold . Tip 2 . Use cold water to grind them.. 😁

      The other tip is to collect the cream ( malai/adai)) from milk in a container, add a TSP of curd once in two days, mix well and refrigerate....once desired amount of cream is collected churn and extract the butter .adding curd is very important

    then leave it one hour,and take a mixer use chill water + malai,grind in first pulse and cap between three times.comes out butter very well.

    Akka I make homemade butter it super.i am tell recipe.first boil the cow milk and take yadal and daily collect the yadal keep in freezer after 15 days that can melt after take mixi put the yadal and full the ice water grind 30 sec and butter comes up and take butter this only the recipe and make ghee
