Hey Gene, this was great! Love the stuff your doing in this format. You always do you best to inform people the best options and what you get for your money. The industry owes you a lot for your support. Great guest, please thank these guys. All the best man! Keep it going. Thanks again!
Built my first real surround sound system with the 8000Fs. I absolutely love their sound and see no reason to upgrade. These speakers are perfect. Getting the base response is tricky though when pairing with subs.
Currently have the Paradigm Premier 800f’s and I love them. I agree with basically everything said. Very neutral and off axis listening is fantastic. As a paradigm fanboy these definitely fit my needs for what I could afford price-wise at this time. Not to mention they are downright sexy for a speaker.
have you ever had the chance to compare to a Klipsch 8000f? I have an Anthem Integrated 225 that I know pairs perfect with yours... but there is a huge price difference being the Klipsch much less expensive in my country Bolivia. looks on the paradigm are superior but I want to believe the Klipsch doesn't disappoint on sound quality.
Erwin Mayer - I haven’t listened to the 8000f’s before, but I do own a pair of the Klipsch RP-600m bookshelf speakers in my other mini audio setup and they sound fantastic. They’re really efficient and I’m only using a 90w per channel amp with them. They get plenty loud for my listening needs. I’m sure the 8000f’s would be more than fine for home theater and music listening needs.
Hi Aaron, I'm using a Paradigm Monitor 9 S7 and a matching center 3 for quite some time.. I love the paradigm sound. I'm looking to step up to the 800F. Do you have any experiences with the base Paradigm Monitor series? Can you compare the Monitor series vs the Premier 800Fs??
@@SyedNizamudeen - Hi Syed, sorry it took so long for a reply. I never got a notification that anyone replied to my comment so it took a while for me to figure it out. lol So I haven’t personally owned any of Paradigm’s previous Monitor series speakers but I actually have a buddy of mine that does and still has them to this day. (He’s planning to upgrade but still hasn’t yet.) From listening to his setup and comparing to my Premiers, the sound level and performance is still there, but to my ears the Premier line has a bit more refinement in the audio, specifically when listening to music. If you’re mainly a movie and home theater guy, you might not notice a ton of difference when watching movies, but for music, the Premiers definitely take the edge in performance in that regard. I currently have the Premier 800f towers and the matching center (600c). Using them with my Paradigm surrounds as rears, has been an absolute treat for movies and music!
VERY in depth review. I own the B+W 603 and love them....but you can’t wrong with the other speakers on this review. I compared them prior to getting the 603’s but really liked the sound of the 603’s.i found the 603’s to have great bass but I did add a small sub (CA Minx 301) to add a little more low end because of my personal preference.
Once heard them on a friends home theater. Absolutely beautiful, flawless warm, crisp sound came out those paradigms that I can't say I've heard on any other speaker brand. His weren't overly expensive, or cheap. But the full frequency was perfect right down to the punchy bass. Not sure why they aren't more popular.
Love the review guys, is it possible one day you can review the Def Tech 8090x. I have two sets of those and the performance is phenomenal. I would like to see how they stack up against the towers you reviewed in this video.
1:16:35 All speakers need to sound good and reproduce accurately no matter whatever is being played through them.... I'm all about movies, but I love music more! Any good system will do it all. I have cheap and I made it good. Music sounds correct and detailed while movies sound correct and detailed! Treating the room let's you hear more of the speaker. When I finally broke down and put that crap on my walls, that is when I was finally able to take control. Necessary evils and that jazz. Cheers you guys 🍻.
Good video guys, you earn my first youtube comment ever! I wanted to add a viewpoint to the discussion about home theater listening and stereo music listening. I understand that a speaker that sounds good for stereo listening will sound good for home theater but a key difference between the two is often music listening is a solitary experience where speaker placement can be optimized for the 'hot seat' but in a home theater environment, you really want to make as many of the seating positions the best they can be including the 'mother-in-law' seat as Gene often puts it. This is where I think a speaker like the Paradigm Premier 800f towers that James highlighted for being neutral and accurate but, most importantly, does so with a very wide field dispersion would be a much better choice for home theater than say the Bowers & Wilkins 603 towers even though, with the right set-up and placement, you could probably get the Bowers & Wilkins 603 towers to sound just as good as the Paradigm Premier 800f towers for the 'hot seat'. Also, looking at the SVS Prime Pinnacle, I am wondering, for a company that seems to lean more towards a home theater environment, they seem to have gone with a design that has a lot of bass and a pumped up midrange but rolls off on the high end, a warm speaker. What is your opinion on listening to a warm speaker vs a neutral vs a bright speaker where listening sessions can be quite long specifically for the application of home theater, where sessions in excess of 3 hours for some movies happens. Movie soundtracks don't have the same emphasis as music but the session is long so I am wondering your thoughts on bright or even neutral speaker over a long time but not necessarily consistently dynamic material. Keep up the good work! p.s. The Kef Q950 towers would be a request from me. It would be nice to see a concentric driver in the mix too. *edited for grammar and spelling
I would really like to hear yours Guys take on the Klipsch RF7iii, since you guys are liking the newer Klipsch sound these are their current top of the line with the more flat response.
My current setup has the SVS. I can vouch for them, and this review is spot on. But Klipsch and BWs have there own good sound. Imo, some songs sound better on horn speakers. I cannot wait for a full video on higher end like jbl 3 way horns and legacy. Oh baby!
Just brought the klipsh about 3 weeks ago......listen....listen....the speaker is amazing...bass super tight into low frequencies....vocals loud and clear...the highs accurate and clear....they want...powwwaaaa.....your house will sound like an atomic bomb test site....it must be that injection molded graphite speaker that handles low and voice due to its rigidity.....as they go louder they get clearer.....never heard shit like this....#blownaway....
Yes,i own klipsch speakers, not the model reviewed, but other floor standers,WOW!!!I hear things i never heard before. They are speakers that want you to listen to your CDs,records over again.
@@stormrising2623 congratulations hopefully you got a good amp to push them...they're rated at 150w but its capable of handling 200w easily I have a two channel sony 200w those 7.1 receivers are horribly overstated on actual wattage per channel it's so loud and clear I haven't been past half volume or else my building may crumble...
I can’t believe I just watched the entire video!!! But I was completely immersed in the discussion!!! Excellent content!!! Very informative!!! Subscribed because of it!!! Thanks!!! ☮️🖖🏽
im trying to find some quality speakers. ive never had hifi, i want to experience imaging and clarity at home. my budget is 2K per tower, id like to get FUCKING LOUD with LOTS of attack in mid/midbass. im considering pairing with two 15" subs. i just bought a 2 channel a/b emotiva. do you have any recomendations?
I'm intrigued by Jame's comments regarding coaxial compression drivers. DIY Audio Group comes to mind with some of their products. I'd like to try them. They measure almost ruler flat and have some amazing dynamics. They are gaining a cult like following. Powering them via a bi-amplified LR24DB active crossover might be the audiophile golden ticket on a budget. I've tried PA speakers in the home setting and I was most impressed---fun, engaging speakers (and those were just run of the mill entry level DJ speakers). What James is talking about from DIY Audio Group would seem to be much more high fidelity than what I heard from the PA speakers I tried in my living room. And they would cost half that of the cheapest pair in this comparison.
I love the style of this video, very casual and informative. Would loved if you spoke more about power handling of each speaker and how loud they can go relative to reference levels. Also if you can review the xtz m8 and arendals 1723 monitors please.
Yes, this would be very helpful and under-rated... most people don't have their speakers at reference levels, but it's important to understand the capabilities to understand how close they would come to THX specs.
My local dealer tried talking me out of buying Klipsch and paradigm speakers and talked me into leaving his store . I ended up with RF7 III in Cherry those are not your typical klipsch speakers . So I believe that those RP8000 sound great . My RF7 cabinets use dividers between the 10" drivers if so you will need two socks ? That's a tuned port are you using a tuned sock? Is that sock calibrated ? Did you use a HP dual-column gas chromatograph, Hewlett-Packard model 5710a with flame analyzing detectors turbo charged to calibrate those socks ?
Hi Gene, I am looking to pair an amp with Klipsch Cornwall IV ... not a tubes fan. Please suggest something that would do justice to the horns. Regards Mike
Hey gene of audioholics jus viewing the review of the towers for both muic and movies is the klipsch better over svs and paradigm klipsch rp8000f svs prime towers and paradigm premier 700f
I absolutely support this channel. You guys are awesome I’m 32 and I’ve been into HT for about 9 years now. These are the type of videos that matter not the flashy types focus on quick tips. You’re the Heroes audiophile’s need. We don’t deserve you guys lol
Klipsch 8000F vs. Paradigm 800F vs. SVS? I watched the video twice, and I'm feeling the even though Klipsch's measurements are better, but you still love Paradigm the most (or this is more about the appreciation of Paradigm?). Btw, for those who are considering paradigm, you can get them for just $799 each (20% off).
Thank you guys for clarifying and giving a lot of explanations on the finicky stuff. This is a Gem video for people who are trying to pick the speaker :)
Of these five, which would be the best for a home theater system? Pure movie watching no music. (Edit) you just answered this question at the end during the question and answer period. I really enjoyed this in depth review.
@ emersonleon85 - The Klipsch are a much more efficient speaker at 98 dB sensitivity requiring much less power to drive them to reference levels making them a much better choice for HT. You can drive them well using just a high quality receiver without the need to add additional amplification like the B & W’s. The B & W’s aren’t exactly efficient at 88 db’s. The Klipsch also play lower and hit harder than the B & W’s as the Klipsch can go as low as 32 Hz. The Klipsch feature two dual 8 woofers vs the B & W’s two dual 6 1/2 inch cones. The 8000f’s also are much less expensive than the B & W’s making them a much better value and who doesn’t like saving money? Hey don’t get me wrong I’m not bashing the B & W’s by any means here. I’m just saying for both movies and music the Klipsch is the better all around choice and better value. Nothing at all wrong with the B & W’s though. Thank you for asking mate.
You forgot to include the Polk Rti 7 & Rti 9 towers. Matched with a decent amp, specially the 9s which will need some extra power, add a solid turntable with a kick ass phono stage and you wont look back. For those looking for value but excellent all round bang for buck try the Mani Phono Stage with the Nagaoka MP 150 or 200. Will take your vinyl to another level without spending a fortune . However, make sure you put a sweet high shielded cable between the turntable and the Mani in order to avoid the dreaded RFI problems usually associated with this unit and max out its amazing potential. Would highly recommend the Chord Clearway Analogue phone RCAs here. Super shielding on this and hard to beat for this price point. Amazing clarity, warmth and sound stage with these cables in their own right also 👍🏻✌🏼
I loved this content! $2000 is a smart price point to choose. I maybe would've liked to have seen the Monitor Audio Silvers included, but as you mentioned there are other good $2000 speakers. A $600 or so bookshelf roundup might be good too. thx
I love my MA silvers. Not fullest bass performance maybe, but I would pick them over b&w or klipsch. More transparent and detailed with better finished cabinet. Not listened SVS or Paradigm it's not so cheap outside us I guess.
@@ardalay88. I really love my Monitor Audio Silver 200s. They're fast Detailed and plenty of low end Energy!! They work a Dream with my Yamaha A-S1100. This Amp takes the edge off my Speakers! And they do make lovely Cabinets. Monitor Audio always have. 👍✌
@@andyjefferson1308 Another thing about MA silvers. For ht applications they come with silver fx surrounds. Those are really good surround speakers. I have ma silver 8, ma silver center and fx surrounds, although the center channel is also quite good, I'm really curious about the new center channel. I'm running those with marantz sr7010+naim xs2
I know this is an old video but if anyone sees this comment, I hope you can answer. I have B&W 603's. Am I understanding correctly that they sound best placed in the front corners and pointing forward parallel to the walls (rather than pointing towards the listening position)? Also, should I still have them set as "small" in my receiver with a crossover of 80Hz? Or can I improve bass by setting them to full range (I only have one sub, the B&W ASW610)? Thanks!
The 2k price point I would have had the SVS Ultras in there (or both). Great price point comparison though. This is really the sweet spot it would seem, something that is attainable for most.
Wow! After all the "audiophile" videos I've watched I got a piece of useful advice! I just purchased a pair of the Klipsch towers. I KNOW the importance of speaker placement and fortunately enough my listening room gives me the space for a "big" speaker. Using that "Time Intensity Trading" research helped me find a near perfect zenith! Thanks!!!
KEF 105/3 from the late '80s had a sensitivity of 93 db/watt with a max output of 115 db/300 watts peak at a 4 ohm load! Limited dynamics does not apply here. Duh! I had 2 Classe CA-150 amps in mono configuration with Classe CAP-150 in pre-amp mode! In House Concerts is an understatement! Thunderous floor shacking bass was the norm. I sold my B&W 802 series 3 Matrix and kept the KEFs at the time! The 4 speaker B&W simply couldn't compete at creating such realistic sound pressure dynamics when called. B&W were beautiful speakers, but lacked the-we-are-here experience of the coaxial "Uni-Q" KEF arrangement. Enough said.
I’ve seen your Polk R700 review in this same $2k price range but can you guys also do a review of the KEF Q750’s. Very interested in what you find. I recently upgraded some of my system adding an Anthem MRX-740 and two Pardigm X10 subs. I’m looking to replace my towers now and I don’t need a tower that plays deep bass as I have the two X10’s. I mostly play electronic music as to the reason I went with 10” subs. Not a big movie guy and I felt the 10” subs would be more musical. I heard the Q750’s have a wide sound stage and would love to see the results from Jame’s ground plain testing and also yours and James opinions on this $2k speaker as well. Thanks Gene!
Klipsch rp-8000f did well. How likely is it that the rp-6000f would have the same good qualities? I expect the 6000f is also very good since I have seen good reviews of the rp-600m with 1 6.5 driver and the 6000f uses 2. Thought a 5.x set with 3 rp-6000f and 2 rp-600m could be good. Opinion? Planning on 2 pair of beale ic6-mb or bb for 5.1.4
Ugh idk which ones to get from the klipsch or the bowers and Wilkins 😐 any suggestions? My main use would be for home theater with some music use. It just scares me that all reviews say the B&W are bright, I have the klipsch R28F now and I don’t wanna go from bright to bright.
I have been a big fan of your RUclips channel for some time as well as SpareChange, Youthman, Techno Dad, That Home Theater Dude. All of you have reviewed the SVS Ultra Speakers or the Arendal Sound 1723 (S). I am in the process of upgrading my B&W CM 10 5.1 setup to a 9.6.2 setup. However here is my question. Which of these two has a more neutral sound and can fill a room (35x15 with 8 foot ceiling)? Currently I am running (Marantz AV8805, Classe sigma amp2 and Monolithic 11X) with plans to upgrade to (ATI 3 channel or Parasound A31) for the LCR.
I'm not putting down this video at all, dont get me wrong but I thought I was looking at the RF7-III's for a sec. So I thought this video was a fight between the RF's and the best from SVS, B&W and so forth. I own the RF7-III's and absolutely love them. Got a Marantz SR8012 pushing them and they scream. Would like to know how they compare to the rest of the towers in this price range. I saw $2000 price range and I thought it was for each, not for a pair. Would like to see a comparison between the RF's and the SVS's and B&W in the same price range. But good video none the less. Thank you
Yeah, I would like Gene's take on the RF 7-lll's. Not sure why they did not compare the III s to the best of SVS, B&W, etc. I do own the RF 7-lll's. They're awesome sounding and probably do need to "fight in a higher weight class"
@@Omegga26 I agree! I have a 5.1 RF7 first series system and love them. They definitely punch in a higher weight class than the speakers mentioned in this video.
Klipsch are head banger speakers and why they "scream". SVS has a cleaner more detailed sound and better built quality. ruclips.net/video/jRvEBmj8q50/видео.html
Kindly please recommend floorstanding speaker which is best in music and movies. I'm looking for like, in music, your look like you are in live concert. I own KLIPCH RP-260F right now and it is bright speaker. Any recommendation perfect for music and movies please. Thank you in advance
Hey guys since Harman is often cited in your reviews I think it would be fun if you could add some JBL’s to some of your reviews. Thank you for the great videos! Keep up the good work :)
I have a pair of the Studio 590 JBL speakers. I agree with every great review of them. I got them for 900 US dollars on sale. The normal price is 2000 US per pair. I listen to a lot of guitar rock, jazz fusion, progressive rock, funky horn bands, etc, at all volume levels, and I don't think that I could diy a better speaker for 900. I also have a pair of Klipsch Chorus ll speakers, as well as Polk SDA 1C to reference, and I will be keeping the 590's, and I can't imagine getting rid of the Chorus ll's. I prefer the 590's over the RP's, and for the money, even over RF 7ii's.....they have great body and punch in the low end, with smooth mids, and high end. They are the last design done by Greg Timbers before Harman eliminated his position after 43 years of designing some of the best speakers ever. They have a compression driver/ bi radial horn/ waveguide, as opposed to a horn/ waveguide dome tweeter like the RP line. If you love dynamics and energy, they will knock your socks off.
Bowers used to call the continuum "aluminized kevlar" back when they only incorporated it in a very select few cars, after they incorporated it in the 800 d3 line they came up with the term continuum, Dave you should like that, it sounds like the Q Continuum, lol, when I was a system designer for the magnolia design center the 702 s2 seriers just came out and I would do an A/B comparison with the diamond 804 d3 and the 702 s2's and ended up getting the 700 series, of which the bookshelf 705 s2's are my favorite for music with a pair of sealed svs sb-2000's, they are breathtaking, center channel and the towers are in my theater room, i havnt heard the 600 series yet but im sure they are quite decent., The carbon infused tweeter is not as good as the diamond tweeter on the 800's but it is no slouch
actually the carbon infused tweeter perfome better, especially in THD (if you even know what it is). And this talking about real professional measurement on test bench, not personal opinion by the ears....
Edwin Anstey yeah good ? but everyone hears different but they could of been 3 judges and scored the speakers over all performance but then you'd need to use a bright map netrual amp and warm amp so many parameters in judging speakers it's tuff
From the sounds of it, the winners were the Paradigms, but they're $2k/pair; however, for those on a tighter budget, the Klipsch at $1200/pair are the winners. However, there's more to that equation, there's people's preferences, aesthetics, emotion (yup!), type of system (2-channel or HT), etc.
I have the Paradigms and can attest to their amazing sound and solid build. These things are blocks. Love em! Also Canadian made is great. But I live here so full disclosure. That doesn't impact my opinion on sound and quality.
Great informative video keep up the great work much appreciated. I wonder if coming from a Klipsch RP 6000f(the step down from the 8000f) to the SVS prime pinnacles would be a good upgrade or just a sidegrade for a 5.2.4?
@audioholics are the cabinets of the Paradigm 800f made up of plastic completely? read few user reviews who pin point about this as a dislike. Any inputs ?
Lol. No. I own the 800f and they are made of wood. They have plastic caps on top and shaped caps to n the fronts. But the actual boxs are wood. Very heavy speakers.
Amazing video! I would love to hear your opinion on the Focal Aria 900 series vs B&W 700 series vs the SVS Ultra towers. I'm currently using a full Klipsch RP setup with duel SVS SB-3000 subs connected to a Marantz 7012 AVR and looking to possibly upgrade. Any advice on a worthy future upgrade to the towers? So far I've been looking into the previously mentioned towers as strong possibilities. Unfortunately, I don't have anywhere locally to hear any of those in person. Any serious input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance! 😊
Heads up for anyone interested in the Paradigm speakers, as of this morning the Premier line is 20% off. I never see these speakers on sale, so this is a great deal.
If I'm listening to a speaker in a room, with them at ground plane...why would I not want said speaker to be measured in the same environment? I can't imagine engineers don't take these things into account when they design their cabinets...meaning, a speaker that will measure dead flat in an anechoic chamber might sound like total crap in a basic room. So, engineers make adjustments that might add color and decay issues in an anechoic environment but again, they are not designed for that. I know any custom "built ins" I've done were absolutely designed around the room. If not, please tell me what I'm missing here...I'm always open to learning something new!
I highly appreciate the expert reviews especially for paradigm speakers. I am actually looking forward to buy these and literally get a lot of clarity and understanding after watching this great video 🙏👌
Need some opinions from the Audio Gurus lol. Currently running all Klipsch - Center: 450C Left & Right: 280FA Surrounds: R-15M (looking to upgrade these to the 502S)...... Should i stay with Klipsh upgrade surrounds, or convert to SVS? I've heard some great things about SVS and didnt know what some more experienced people would recommend?
I would recommend SVS as they have a cleaner more detailed sound and better built quality. These days when you think of SVS you don't just think subs anymore but SPEAKERS TOO!!! These guys make top notch quality whether it's subs or speakers. www.svsound.com
@@thegoat164 I hope you get at least $10 for your every comment with SVS advertisement. But, to be honest, after you sh*tting comments about SVS company everywhere, I feel like it's embarrassing to buy SVS for me now. I will choose whatever, but not SVS after such attitude.
Your stack is really nice actually. I would change rears and add nice subwoofer. Arendal, for example. Just not SVS, because they got awful advertisement with those spammers in comments
Hi. Excelent Video. Congratulations Guys!!!!!!!! I have heard coments from Sandy Gross (Golden Ear) , and I think that, for Stereo Music Listening (for 2ch listening) the future is Speakers with Powered Sub built in. It is much easier to have a control for good Bass, instead try to integrate a separate Subwoofer (For 2ch listening). Of course we have mini Dsp, but it is for advanced users.... And even with mini Dsp, it will not be the same as a Sub inside a Speaker, designed by the Manufacturer.
Do ya'll have something against PowerSoundAudio. I never see them reviewed or mentioned. I had a pair of Paradigm Studio 100 v5s and my current PSA MTM-210T's completely blow them out of the water and with no need of an external amp.
Polk speakers is what I own, and vintage time window tower speakers basically the sound is awesome. Have some Paradigm speakers also, polk sda Srs, polk sda 1, polk monitor 10, polk rt16, also two pair of newer polks. Nad power amp, soundscraftmen power amp. I have listen to sound of your speakers and they give listening fatigue, however thanks for your information
This video is over a year old now... so maybe it's late to ask.... but regarding the Paradigms - you talked about their "patented grill" thingy... but you didn't mention about their "Active Ridge Technology (ART)" - and I was hoping to hear your thoughts on this? Gimmick, or a "for real" piece of tech?
I bought a pair of Klipsch cornwalls model #one. in 1984, they were $1,600.00. I always like to keep a tweeter compression driver I use to pay $72.00 for the whole thing , not a repair kit!!! I called the other day and when they told me $325.00 I liked to s--- all over myself. So next I ask how much a pair of new one's were ? Klipsch told me $5,500.00 each. you talking about going to hang on to them, I got a police on them 24-7.lol No but I'm glad they brought the hetertage speakers back. MY model one's has the same drivers as the K-HORN K-77 highs, K55 mids & and K-=33 LOWS. They started with model two ok that is when qulity started going down and prices going through the roof.. Now I had on my bucket list the K=Horns. When looking back 4 years after I got the Cornwalls a pair of K=Horns were $3,500.00 a pair!!!! I know PWK had Eletrovoice make his Speakers to his specs.
Kenneth Landaiche Jr. current pay rates, rent, production costs, are also relative to the prices you paid. Rent is not $150 monthly, you can no longer buy a 2000sqft home for $35K, and a yearly salary for an engineer is not $10K yr. Stop being a drama Queen, don’t pretend you haven’t left your home or had any human contact since 1959, SMH...
I would like to see conclusions base on price and performance or even which speaker is better for music, tv theater etc. For the regular consumer all the numbers and specific test don't mean much so maybe find a way to make it more consumer friendly. I wish i knew all of what you a talking about but i don't. But i love the channel and have learned a lot. Nevertheless thank you for the comparison and reviews.
I would love to see a discussion about how to setup your bkueray player for audio. I use an Xbox To stream movies and play bkueray. I often wonder what my hdmi output should be. Atmos vs dtx, and so on... Hdmi 4k to Denon "Denon AVRX4500H 5.1.2" using older B&W 602 all around. Wondering what upgraded would really make it wow. The room is open basement 14 x 40.
In my experience, speakers that are designed toward ht usage and do well in that arena can sometimes be lackluster for 2 channel music. I've never heard speakers that do stereo well fail at ht
Use a time index. This is an hour and 24 minutes covering 5 speakers. Would help to be able to find what is of interest faster.

Outstanding video gentlemen! Detailed, highly informative, amusing (at times) and delivered in a none pontificating style. Thank you.

Erwin Mayer - you’re right though. Anthem and Paradigm do pair together really nicely though too.
I never got a notification that anyone replied to my comment so it took a while for me to figure it out. lol
So I haven’t personally owned any of Paradigm’s previous Monitor series speakers but I actually have a buddy of mine that does and still has them to this day.
Some Paradigm recognition. Nice. They make such good speakers.
I never hear anything better when I A/B them. Own several pairs since 1990 from all lines and they never die.
I own the 800 premiers one word love ..

Which speaker d. I’d you like the best. Just talking about specs can get boring 1:25:45
Honest and pure information. BEST channel for all things AV.
Of these five, which would be the best for a home theater system? Pure movie watching no music. (Edit) you just answered this question at the end during the question and answer period. I really enjoyed this in depth review.
I have a problem choosing between B&W 603 vs Klipsch 8000f, any additional advice would be helpful.
Ivan Kušen Buy the Klipsch. 👍
King Trance why? lol
@ emersonleon85 - What happened to the content on your channel? It’s a blank slate!

A $600 or so bookshelf roundup might be good too. thx

Thanks!
Yes no toe in. Also amplification has been a issue can be picky.. But great speaker enjoy.
The 2k price point I would have had the SVS Ultras in there (or both). Great price point comparison though. This is really the sweet spot it would seem, something that is attainable for most.
Even then, the Ultras would fall short thanks to the tweeters.

Using that "Time Intensity Trading" research helped me find a near perfect zenith! Thanks!!!
Klipsch speakers loooooove tow-in.
Hello, I curious as to how the Klipsch RP8000f compares to the SVS Prime Pinnacles.
Compared to B@W ,kef ,tannoy, their shite ,go read the reviews
Opinion? I have been a big fan of your RUclips channel for some time as well as SpareChange, Youthman, Techno Dad, That Home Theater Dude. All of you have reviewed the SVS Ultra Speakers or the Arendal Sound 1723 (S). I am in the process of upgrading my B&W CM 10 5.1 setup to a 9.6.2 setup. However here is my question.
Great video...
How does the Klipsch compare to the Revel F208? Or any model that is equivalent in the Revel series.

Klipsch can lower costs by volume manufacturing. I would guess Klipsch sell more than the other 4 combined......great sound and affordable.

Do ya'll have something against PowerSoundAudio. I never see them reviewed or mentioned. I had a pair of Paradigm Studio 100 v5s and my current PSA MTM-210T's completely blow them out of the water and with no need of an external amp.
Thanks again guys, I don't get this info from visiting sellers or on product's page...and not even considering time savings. Keep on doing a good job!
Great video guys! Matt and James really know there stuff!
That cover on the Paradigm midrange acts as a combination phase plug/waveguide just like Monitor Audio has on their tweeters
I have a pair of RP 800FA's and they have all rubber around the horn and mids so less refraction and the Klipsch are Bi both.
I understand the 1st public interview I've been there before I have a feeling that the speaker knowledge is in there ready to spill out
That grill reminds me of the flower of life it’s the most ancient symbol in our history I think it looks pretty cool
Thank you for this video. Can you guys do a review on a subwoofer lineup especially the the REL flagships and mid tier. Like the No 25 and the 212SX.
Excellent,Excellent discussion and review of these speakers. 👏🏻
