I wish Naruto learned more varieties of jutsu in Shippuden. Not saying he has to be kakashi with a 1000 jutsu but more of an aresenal like sasuke would be interesting.
Naruto should have done what the Senju Did which was counter Sasuke’s Sharingan by using the Sub Elements or Kekkei Genkai which Sasuke can’t copy cuz while he can use all the 7 Primary Elements due to being an Uchiha and having the Sharingan he can’t mix them
@@aranha6285 Well Sasuke had the Rinnegan so he could match that with pseudo-sub elements. But honestly, Naruto should have had more wind attacks. If they also input the Asura chakra thing, then he should have had wood techniques as well.

Sasuke doesn’t use a lot of jutsu either, he’s just particularly tactical and deploys jutsu in augmented forms to match the purpose at hand (ie: chidori vs chidori stream) My personal favorite moments from Naruto are moments where he uses the clones in a smart way but having rasengan variants like chidori stream where he’s not just hoping to slam into you would be nice. A defensive rasengan that coats his body and defends against attacks while making his strikes work like knives would’ve been cool. He has enough chakra to probably mimick the shinra tensei/hyuga rotation by utilizing chakra in a way that puts his body in the center of a rasengan or something. Stuff like that.
@@bobjohnson1633he had chidori inferno style flame control susanoo arrow he had genjutsu his rinnegan gives him access to the six paths abilities like planetary devastation he can time travel ffs. He doesn't just use chidori and fireball.
@@andycampbell8622 I disagree. All the powerups the rasengan received were pure damage buffs. Other than the range upgrade by throwing it they didn't really add any versatility at all. Rasengan was introduced as a hard to hit setup move that oneshots most high profile enemies known at the time. The damage ups were just made to keep it that way as the foes of the series got higher durability, and that was before the jutsu even started falling off. Hell, base Rasengan still oneshot a path of pain when Naruto started using the wind style. So functionally Naruto is still relying on the base versatility of Clone + Rasengan blitzing in all of his strategy all the way to the end of the series. Just because they have a different color and higher stats doesn't make them different.
It would’ve been interesting if we actually saw Naruto pick up more from Jiraiya than just rasengan. Realistically he should’ve already been taught his chakra nature, been proficient at using Mt Myoboku jutsu like Sasuke was with snakes, some other basic wind style, and honestly would be interesting if he also had water style to parallel Sasuke having fire style (him and Sasuke having the opposite and complementary elements of eachother, wind can smother lightning but magnify fire, while water can extinguish fire but enhance lightning)
That's my new headcanon. Naruto wasted 2 years out of 2.5 to perfect harem jutsu in order for Jiraiya to accept to teach him something, then jiraiya gave him the time of day for the remaining 6 months, 1 spent bringing his basics up to academy graduation standards, the other 5 trying to control the 9 tails, and he stopped two weeks before coming back 6 months earlier than scheduled to rest a little in a place with medical care after nearly dying from the 4th tail lashing out against base Jiraiya who didn't wat to hurt Naruto (unlike Orochimaru who didn't give a damn about the boy and would have killed him without an afterthought if it had furthered his goals).
I think that this would have been a good excuse to have Danzo interact with Naruto more. He could teach Naruto while using that opportunity try to get the nine-tails jinchuriky his ideals.
@@herren1809 yeah but he claims he loves the village yet allowed Orochiramu to kill villagers to improve his experiments in exchange for his Hashirama+ Shin arm. Training Naruto despite hating him just to get closer to the nine tails falls under that same umbrella imo.

Nothing Danzo does, including his summon, comes close to doing as much damage as Temari's attack with her Kamaitachu summon. Not even Shukaku's air bullets did as much damage.
@@MajoraZ As much as I like Tamari, I gotta disagree with you on that one, Did Tamari fight a susanno’o? No but Danzo did, did Tamari kill 17 shinobi with her wind style jutsu? No but Danzo did.
@@MajoraZ thats okay bro. You can disagree. However the variety and versatility in the fight with sasuke was evident and Danzo clearly fought a much stronger Combatant than Temari ever did. Danzo’s extremely powerful attacks, Sasuke clearly had to use Susanoo against. Furthermore, Danzo was a Kage level character, even Kakashi was shocked that Sasuke defeated him; Temari’s a jounin. Not only does Danzo have the variety but he clearly had the power levels to back it up. Most people, which likely includes Tsunade and the Council, had no idea Danzo had Hashirama’s cells or the Sharingan, so it stands to reason that he was known for his Wind Style.
@@XangoFwetDanzo fighting a stronger opponent doesn't prove his wind profiency against Temari. If Danzo would fight against Temari only with his wind style, he'l straight up lose.
I actually really like a filler jutsu he has with his toads, he basically combines his wind style with his toads water style to make a super water cannon which is great, but then he never uses it again because it's filler
When Naruto started using jutsus besides Clones and Rasengans and it was during a sparring session with Boruto I was like "HELL YEAH! FINALLY AFTER ALL THESE YEARS" but it was only Earth wall, but that broke the chain. He probably has more on his belt as Hokage, but when it comes to the antagonists of that series.... they all can absorb ninjutsu.
One character that goes through something similar to the "wind style' training arc and really stuck the landing in incorporating this new concept and effectively blending it with their old arsenal is Osamu from World Trigger. He is the weak link in the team despite his tactical and luck based leadership paying off in the most dire circumstances (he is usually the first to die in the team so he can be a support member over coms) But he really branches out into different fighting styles that can benefit someone who is effectively weak with a low count of their version of "chakra". He eventually finds a niche that enhances his team overall by capitalizing on their strengths and makes himself more of a threat in the process with gear and tactics he creates from talking and fighting with other people. Feel like wind style could have been Naruto's support arsenal. He didnt have to make gales and typhoons but wind style seems like a ripe element to justify Naruto enhancing his movement and close range moveset. Not even accounting for the utility even a moderately strong gust of wind could have in combination with jutsu interactions.
I agree. Especially with how much potential wind style has not just for shooting air at range, but also movement and disruption it could really support Narutos bait and switch clone Rasengan blitzes that he relies on for most of the series. They don't have to be offensive powerhouses, they just have to assist in getting that big hit that he always stakes his fights on.
Dammit, another World Trigger mention... 😅 I have it in my backlog for quite a while now, along with Demon Slayer. One of these days, one-of-these-days...
@@GenJuhru LMAO DW. The first season packs the start, and the invasion and the first rounds of the Rank Wars. There's also a filler arc in the middle that goes before the Rank Wars which can be ignored, it covers like 12-ish episodes
When it comes to wind style, people.keep forgetting the most versatile user which is Danzo. In my opinion, he is the best. Look at how masterfully he used it in the Sasuke fight.
It’s not even Naruto doesn’t have a lot of wind moves. He simply doesn’t have moves. He makes clones and uses rasengan. He learns every nature and throws out all creativity by just doing more rasengans
One could argue that true creativity involves using what you have at your disposal to overcome problems. It isn't really creative when you just "oh, I have a technique for every type of problem". No, going around limitations in unique ways and figuring out the answer to a problem IS the essence of creativity. Giving Naruto more jutsu wouldn't make him more creative. It would just make him overpowered. Imagine 1,000 Naruto clones, all then proceeding to make 1,000 more clothes... cause even his clones can make a thousand clones... and then imagine them all blasting some wind style jutsu out.
Every named character had multiple things they could do be side like tenten. I’m not saying the guy needed a magical solution to each obstacle (even if the size of the rasengan was literally that). It’s a reason the call them shippuden mages after pain arc. There’s no strategy in making clones and running at people with effectively a nuke
I think it's like the difference between saying he's a master of wind style and just the strongest wind style user. Like a master would probably know the ins and outs of their style and know multiple jutsus. Where the strongest is just who can do the most damage with wind style. I do think that there was some opportunity for him to use the wind style Rasengan in variations kinda like how Sasuke used the Chidori in different variations but as you pointed out time was not on Naruto’s side
I don't think rasengan is as varied as chidori since chidori is a flowing conduit of lighting that can be manipulated in smaller forms while rasengan is just a static energy ball and that's about it
@@justinarzola4584 Yeah definitely not as versatile, my only idea I had was like if he used the wind from the rasengan to blow an opponent back from the wind it generates making it more of a defensive move But yeah wind in Naruto is basically either slice or blow away
Yeah when Naruto drops in at the raikage fight, he might not be the most proficient with wind style, but he definitely the strongest ninja present who is also capable of (a) wind style jutsu and happens to have one of the heaviest hitting ones we ever see.
I like the idea of Naruto having more Jutsus because it breaks the common Anime trope of a character just having 'hit it harder' as a means of fighting bad guys. Nowadays Naruto just comes up with new ways to Rasengan someone into the earth and then wins.
Kakashi apparently knows 1000 jutsu but only uses chidori... mudwall... and maybe one or two other jutsu on occasion... and we find out he actually knows rasengan aswell but never uses it in a fight despite it being a better version of chidori that doesnt require his sharingan to use.... this to me is one of the biggest plot holes in naruto... especially when you add the fact that he taught chidori to sasuke someone who already had fire style jutsus and was already a prodigy... rather than teaching naruto the son of his former teacher.. who was struggling to learn jutsu... and also kind of a dumbass that needed help... this is the biggest plot hole ever i swear
Kakashi is biased towards Chidori... Understandably so because he invented it.. Since it's a technique only a sharingan user can efficiently use , No wonder he taught it to his star Uchiha student- The only other known Sharingan user left in the village other than him...
This is explained by chakra control mechanics. The chakra cost of Jutsus gets reduced to a fraction the more familiar you are with them. It's how jutsu that could only be used twice a day at first can be spammed recklessly later on. Kakashi states he's nowhere near as good at the Rasengan as Minato or Naruto, so using it in battle would be Chakra reserve suicide. Since the two essentially fill the same niche he doesn't need to bother.
Tbf, Rasengan was made by Minato for Kushina who has bijuu reserves, explicitly for anti-bijuu combat. Kakashi needs every drop of chakra he can save so a high penetration low collateral damage technique like Raikiri is simply the better option.
Naruto is the classic shounen school of fewer techinques, more variants. Actually, i think all shonen MCs are like that. Having many really different techniques it is more of a master or rival archetype. Even someone with hundred named attacks like Luffy is just variants of stretching and punching or kicking in the end. Goku has like 2 offensive named techniques , 1 movement and 2 transformations. Ichigo has 1 named technique until the finak arch and even then, his new move is just two getsuga tenshou. Can you remember a really varied shounen MC? One that uses the power system fully ?
The sad thing is it would have made so much sense for Naruto to learn some sort of wind cloak jutsu that lets him speed up his taijutsu, and could have let him amplify Sage Mode and KCM. Aesthetically that wouldn't even hurt sage or kcm's visuals since it would just require some wind lines swirling about him.
I could see naruto increasing his frog kata style by employing wind. that seems pretty on brand. follow up air fists and kicks that extend from his normal strikes. like after images. or his sage senses inspiring him to sense things with air pressure. That could be cool cause most of his arsinal is pretty physical, so having something thats a little more sensory based might be a good show of his developing character. Either way, using sage mode as inspiration for a new air technique seems really on brand for naruto, who’s been shown to be really creative in employing old experiences to help with new skills. Like using a clone to help with rasengan.
The thing about narutos rasenshuriken. Is its function. Expand, catch or cut through enemies, explode, deal elemental dmg. Its raw power doesnt equal effectiveness. A rasengan and asuma chakra blade in each hand accomplishes 2 thirds of its utility with less then half the cost. The blades can be thrown.
I always found it off putting that out of all of the Konoha 13, the only ones that used elemental releases were Naruto and Sasuke. It’s the weirdest thing that Kiba didn’t learn fire style and he only uses Fang over Fang, it just doesn’t make sense
Actually, IS the Rasenshuriken even the strongest Wind style attack in the series? It makes a big explosion, but Temari leveled an entire forest when she beat Tayuya with her Kamaitachi summon: It seemed to have a much wider area of damage then the Rasenshuriken does, even if within the blast range i'm sure the Rasenshuriken does more damage.
Ah rasenshuriken can destroy cells, even with a small area of effect the damage is greater than anything Tenmari jutsu's. Also, lava style rasenshuriken can cut off the God tree therefore it's the strongest windstyle jutsu.
By Bortuto's time, I really wanted Naruto to have Shadow Clone, Rasengan & all variants, two more "ordinary" wind style jutsus, Sage Mode with summons & Flying Raijin. Fuck it, maybe even access to some Wood style due to his arm. That would have made him feel like a truly well rounded & fearsome kage without also having Kurama.
It's worth noting though that the other two prominent Wind Style users, Temari and Danzo, both have their jutsu being enhanced by outside sources. Temari's Wind Style is enhanced by her fan, while Danzo's Wind jutsu that was able to pierce Sasuke's Susanoo was only able do so because of his Baku summon enhancing it with its suction ability.
The simplest answer is that nobody taught and he only gets taught anything when konoha feels they are in trouble and need their weapon to save their ass so he should only have enough power to be useful and under control of konoha
With the dark hair, cool collected demeanor, proficiency in lightning-based kido, and his superior skill making him a goal to reach, Byakuya is like Ichigo's very own Sasuke 😂
There is a simple answer, you didn't necessarily need to make a video on it: It's simply a trope in anime where the MC only has one good attack that they use a lot
Yeah but Kishimoto isn't doing the same thing with Boruto, he gave Boruto what Naruto fans dreamed of for Naruto in terms of abilities. Naruto outside of rasengan and shadow clones only had a few other abilities.
@@tylerfoster3801 Nope he uses more than rasengan, he uses his lightning release arrow, his wind style gale palm and now he has Uzuhiko and Flying thunder god while also having another lightning release ability. Boruto makes Naruto look cute when comparing their arsenals.
Difference is that Ichigo isn't trying to become the best Shinigami captain. He only trains when he needs to. Naruto is actively pursuing his goal of becoming hokage. So he should have varied arsenal.
it’s 10,000 not 1,000 and it’s kicks not punches … “I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.” -Bruce Lee
Ninjas in Naruto in general aren't known for using a variety of jutsus. Only Sasuke, Kisame,Yamato, and Danzo are known for using more than 3 jutsus of a certain elemental transformation.
@@MercilessBugto be fair what they said is technically true for Kakashi for example isn't known for using more than 3 jutsu of any elemental transformation... He is known for copying 1000+ jutsu which is MORE impressive.
I think it would've been cool if Naruto developed a Wind Style Chakra Flow Technique. Not like a Wind Style Chakra Mode, but maybe gain the ability to create burst of Wind Chakra at his hands or feet using his previous training with Jiraiya, Kakashi and Asuma as the fundamentals for it. It would do things like let him propel himself in the air in short burst, boost his speed when needed or add even more impact to blows on contact (or extend their range even further). It fits well enough with Naruto's style, woupd arguably make it to where they could draw even cooler, more dynamic taijutsu strikes/manuevers in fights with him and it would be a good way to come full circle with the chakra control training he gained via the Walking on Surfaces, Walking on Water and Chakra Flow trainings he alreafy mastered.
Reppushou (something like wind gust, nagato did it in his youth), wind blade, wind bullet, wind vortex, should at least be a staple in wind style user. If kishimoto is so reliant on naruto 'creativity', imagine what naruto could accomplish with this few wind style jutsu.
Totally understand that it be cool to see him learn more but remember, the most dangerous person isn’t the person that knows 1000 kicks but the person that has practiced 1 kick 1000 times
Asuma confirmed that users with wind style charkra are rare and wind is probably the rarest to have out of the five chakra natures, excluding kekkei genkai chakra and abilities. He told Naruto this when naruto searched him out to help learn how to do wind style and how it works. The problem with this is that it was in an arc that wasn't canon so it's not suprising that people who don't like non canon watch canon or the people who only watch the canon and don't care about the non cannon episodes miss this fact. It is still a small part of world building whether people call it canon or not. Btw it's the arc with the characteter Sora and the monks in it. Edited a mistake
I think all those 9 tailed beast Rasenshuriken have wind mixed in them, specifically the spinning blades parts. I think he also used it in The Last film.
I think it leads back to Bruce Lee's ideology: "I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times." This ties in with Naruto's character since he never inherited the genius of his father. He just practiced what he knew, and his nindo did the rest
Naruto inheriting asumas blades for his wind use would have been epic and showed some people did look out for him I feel it was a missed opportunity imagine if he received them after asuma died. Like imagine a rasengon coming off his blade in the shape of a wind blade so like half a resenshirken but in his hand from his blade
pretty sure he uses it again in The Last movie, when he goes after hinata and chases toneri, iirc he uses kinda like a homing missile but its also orange cuz of hashirama arm.
Even when Naruto gets access to every nature transformation and Nature Transformation Kekkei Genkai through Six Paths Sage Mode, the only thing he does with it is create different Rasengans and Rasen-Shurikens.
I think the other variations of rasen shuriken still are wind style on the "blades" of the shuriken, only the core of the rasengan becomes other nature transformations
I think you got it wrong with rasen shuriken. The other forms are layered on top of the rasen-shuriken i.e. lava release. So the actual difficulty of the jutsu is way higher than anyone gives credence to.
He really could’ve learned from temari, can you imagine a wind scythe rasenshuriken?? That shit might literally slice reality, and haguromo help you if they give him a giant fan to fight with
Naruto didn't really master his chakra control until he mastered the kcm, (Pretty sure there's something about the kurama chakra mixing making it hard for him to control). As shown by the need for two shadow clones to create a rasenshuriken, he could only focus on a single part of a ninjutsu at a time (one body to release massive amounts of chakra, one to shape the chakra, and one to change it's nature). Until Naruto could do all these things with a single body, he couldn't really learn any new ninjutsu (unless they play to the same theme of 'just push out a bunch of chakra'
One thing I always thought was weird that Sasuke got the six paths of powers, when it seemed like it should have been Naruto considering his signature jutsu is the Shadow Clone. I am not saying that Naruto should have gotten the exact same powers as pain, but I always thought it would have been cool if Naruto developed his own "six paths of pain" technique where he creates 6 highly specialized shadow clones each with their own specific powers/weapons. Honestly it seems like that would be the ultimate s-level stage of the Shadow clone technique
I wish he knew asumas wind blades, and danzo's wind style bullets. But, his rasenshuriken still is so advanced that i dont see any wind style user mastering it other than naruto
Strongest doesn't mean the best, he has the strongest not the most skilled wind style users. But achieving that feet means he has took it to a depth no one has thus his wind style is of high quality
I do think the issue is that Kishimoto just doesn't know how to use Naruto if he had a lot of variety WHILE using clones because it would too difficult for him. Because as you said Kishi limits the amount of jutsu's in a fight that someone uses.
Well he also has the Wind-style Rasengan (canon) and The Tatsumaki Rasegan ("Tornado"/ film)😎 What we SHOULD'VE got: Wind Clones, vortex justsus, wind kunai move sets. He even faced the most enemies who used wind style at him... sad😂😂
Naruto, is a melee range, tank of a character that just never needed mid to long range abilities because the kyuubi has always filled that gap when needed. His affinity is "The Will of Fire" the only running he does is running at his target he does not retreat.
Ngl you're telling me Kurama had the ability to create tornadoes and breathe fire but Naruto didn't have access to that? Kinda mad fr I know just the ability to create tornadoes and breathe fire are straight forward and simple sounding abilities but the Naruto just has shadow clones, rasengan, rasenshuriken, and sage mode without Kurama. could've at least added the ability to create tornadoes and breathe fire to give more variety and enhance what Naruto already had as something he can use in base like how the other jinchuriki had an ability from their tailed beast
When he uses the 9 rasenshuriken against Kaguya the one on the far upper-left, next to the coral release rasenshuriken is a wind style one. The coloration is yellow though.
With the sage of six paths chakra and having the access to all bijus, its frustrating seeing naruto keep spamming the same jutsu and chakra nature over and over again. Boy could use kekkei genkai like lava and magnet style but nah, lemme throw my premium wind style jutsu.
Yeah he should’ve had atleast 3-4 more wind style jutsus with more variety. Just having the strongest and most advanced wind style jutsu doesnt make u the greatest. Maybe it’d be too OP for him to have pressure damage/great breach like or something with his levels of chakra but vacuum wave and vacuum bullets like danzo had would’ve been awesome. And for him being able to manipulate so many clones and do what he did with the ninetails chakra he may have been capable of wind style armor like the raikage with lightning. Or propel wind from the rasenshuriken. Or combine it with gamabuntas oil to spread the oil everywhere and set large areas ablaze with a paper bomb
I agree it would be strange seeing Naruto using Wind Style Jutsus that don't fit his usual arsenal. Maybe he could've have learned the same Wind Style Jutsus his son later learns thanks to his friend Mitski. Back in the day, I expected him to learn Water Style Jutsus so he could counter Sasuke and so he has the same elements as his former enemy and decease friend Haku.
It's unfortunate cause all Kishimoto had to do was let him use chakra flow on his kunai and give him Flash, which is a basic move that samurai (who mostly just use chakra flow) already have and is Asuma's ranged attack in the Storm series it would have been a nice parallel to Sasuke coming up with 99 different flavors of chidori.
Kishimoto really be giving the Uchihas all the good stuff and forgetting to develop all the powers of everyone else. Seriously, I didn't notice so many flaws in the show when I was still in highschool I still love the show though. Kishimoto could have made Naruto had so many creative ways to use his justus that goes beyond spamming. Gege ( Jujustu Kaisen creator) is very good at making his characters use their one ability in very creative ways. Just look at the ( Gojo vs Sukuna fight in the Manga ) I wouldn't have believe he could use his limitless in such creative ways.
They never said Naruto is the BEST wind style user but that he's the most POWERFUL which is both different and true. He had the raw strength that the others lacked that they were looking for a the time.
The thing is.. I don't think Naruto learning a multitude of Wind Style jutsu really makes sense for his character arc in Shippuden. People tend to forget that at his core, Naruto isn't technically a "smart" character (I mean, he practically was on the verge of failing the academy). I don't mean he isn't intelligent, because he is and the way he uses his shadow clones probably is proof of that. But Naruto isn't like Sasuke or Kakashi or Hiruzen(probably called the Professor because he had such a good understanding of how different jutsus work). Sasuke probably developed most of his jutsu on his own, by researching them and understanding how they work. He was probably constantly tinkering with his lightning style and developing new techniques. Same with Kakashi. Also, they had the Sharingan which allowed them to copy jutsu. However, in my opinion, Naruto isn't the kind of person who would sit down and try to figure out the mysteries of how different jutsus work. He didn't even know what the concept of chakra nature was until Shippuden(Probably something that is taught in the Academy). Also, the entire events of Shippuden take place in somewhat of a one-year timeframe, which is way too short a time frame for him to master a good number of jutsu. However, I think this changes in Boruto, where he has had much more time to learn new stuff. We have seen more elemental releases from him, and he probably has learnt some sealing jutsu as well.
Technically he had windstyle rasengan and windstyle rasenshuriken which are two different tecniques. Also I guess that most of windstyle users were uzumaki clan (kid nagato used it on trainings with Jiraya most oftenly for example) and due to their extinction there is not much wind left in whole anime. Also I think that any of rasenshurikens should've contained wind chakra in it, if otherwise it should've had different blade designs.
Comment on how much progression Sasuke had before his fight in the chunin exams. He literally went to weightless Lee level who also had chidori. Obviously Sasuke is a prodigy but if he stayed in the leaf and Kakashi gave him the attention he gave him to get him ready for the chunin exam he would still be pretty strong. Unless that was some "newbie gains" type shit, you know when u first start the gym u gain muscle and strength rapidly up to a certain point until u learn about progressive overload and how to eat right
a good way to implement more wind style while still implementing his clones would've been to use the smoke left behind by his clones when they dissapear, like instead of making a wind dragon he makes a smoke dragon with the smoke of multiple clones, or create new clones out of clones's smoke, recycling clones again and again, making them less fodder, like being able to create a hundred clones of yourself is so broken and it's always only used as fodders to show how strong the oponent is or to make a rassengan, wouldn't be cool to have an enemy be defeated by an army of naruto endlessly "resurecting" after you defeat one, the oponent even if way stronger ending up losing because of exhaustion. tho i'd imagine it wouldn't be *that* broken since it would require a lot of chakra, but then again kurama+uzumaki chakra reserves is pretty busted

I think that this would have been a good excuse to have Danzo interact with Naruto more. He could teach Naruto while using that opportunity try to get the nine-tails jinchuriky his ideals.
Yes, that would’ve been a great idea for a story.
No idea why naruto never learned that wind style kunai sword. That thing was so cool, I thought naruto would have got it.
Was no way Danzo would have trained Naruto. They are like oil and water
It is quite out of character
@@herren1809 yeah but he claims he loves the village yet allowed Orochiramu to kill villagers to improve his experiments in exchange for his Hashirama+ Shin arm. Training Naruto despite hating him just to get closer to the nine tails falls under that same umbrella imo.

The real underrated Master of Wind style is Danzo. Even his summoning was sucking up stuff

I can't believe you made a video about how underused Wind style is without shoutouts to my boy, the Wind Style GOAT Danzo.
I actually really like a filler jutsu he has with his toads, he basically combines his wind style with his toads water style to make a super water cannon which is great, but then he never uses it again because it's filler
Yeah
When Naruto started using jutsus besides Clones and Rasengans and it was during a sparring session with Boruto I was like "HELL YEAH! FINALLY AFTER ALL THESE YEARS" but it was only Earth wall, but that broke the chain. He probably has more on his belt as Hokage, but when it comes to the antagonists of that series.... they all can absorb ninjutsu.
Worst balance decision in the series

Your rewrite is such a breath of fresh air please continue it
One character that goes through something similar to the "wind style' training arc and really stuck the landing in incorporating this new concept and effectively blending it with their old arsenal is Osamu from World Trigger.
He is the weak link in the team despite his tactical and luck based leadership paying off in the most dire circumstances (he is usually the first to die in the team so he can be a support member over coms)
But he really branches out into different fighting styles that can benefit someone who is effectively weak with a low count of their version of "chakra".

I don't think rasengan is as varied as chidori since chidori is a flowing conduit of lighting that can be manipulated in smaller forms while rasengan is just a static energy ball and that's about it
@@justinarzola4584 Yeah definitely not as versatile, my only idea I had was like if he used the wind from the rasengan to blow an opponent back from the wind it generates making it more of a defensive move
But yeah wind in Naruto is basically either slice or blow away
Can we give credit to the true wind style master, Lord Danzo?
Kakashi has limited chakra like anyone else. He uses the techniques he's the most proficient with and can get the most out of.
Even with chidori needing less Chakra, Kakashi could only do 4 a day
Naruto is the classic shounen school of fewer techinques, more variants.
"I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times" - Bruce Lee
If Naruto augmented his movement the way boruto does on top of his speed already it would be mind boggling
I always found it off putting that out of all of the Konoha 13, the only ones that used elemental releases were Naruto and Sasuke. It’s the weirdest thing that Kiba didn’t learn fire style and he only uses Fang over Fang, it just doesn’t make sense
Kiba as a taijitsu specialist kinda makes sense, but he supposedly could learn earth style to enhance said taijitsu
Destructive capacity vs attack potency
Ah rasenshuriken can destroy cells, even with a small area of effect the damage is greater than anything Tenmari jutsu's. Also, lava style rasenshuriken can cut off the God tree therefore it's the strongest windstyle jutsu.
I'm pretty sure the jutsu itself isn't what killed Tayuya, it was the resulting deforestation and trees falling on her.
@@chair3299lava style is the best wing style?
Rasenshuriken either desintegrates or disables an enemy permanently upon impact. Is a wind nuke.
I thought Naruto's arsenal was boring until I heard "Getsuga Tenshoooooouuu" LOL
With the dark hair, cool collected demeanor, proficiency in lightning-based kido, and his superior skill making him a goal to reach, Byakuya is like Ichigo's very own Sasuke 😂
So we all forget about danzo windstyle tecniques??? you didn't even mention his fight against sasuke
Finally, someone else acknowledges the wind GOAT
There is a simple answer, you didn't necessarily need to make a video on it:
It's simply a trope in anime where the MC only has one good attack that they use a lot
It’s an overdone and poor trope the last decade
Especially in series where there is a large variety of techniques
Also because the author usually doesn't want to make the main character too overpowered with different teqniques.
Yeah but Kishimoto isn't doing the same thing with Boruto, he gave Boruto what Naruto fans dreamed of for Naruto in terms of abilities. Naruto outside of rasengan and shadow clones only had a few other abilities.

That is not his Jutsu though, its a combined Jutsu
Yeah, he mentions it in the video...
That was just another incomplete rasengan combined with Yamato's water style
Yes. He had to get the Fuuton: Rasengan down before he moved on to the Fuuton: Rasen Shuriken. Still don't know why that's an easy oversight to make.

I can see what you mean there. I agree
Boruto does that lol
Reppushou (something like wind gust, nagato did it in his youth), wind blade, wind bullet, wind vortex, should at least be a staple in wind style user. If kishimoto is so reliant on naruto 'creativity', imagine what naruto could accomplish with this few wind style jutsu.
You know what could been an interesting wind style jutsu?
A f(u)cking TORNADO.
Just imagine that.

I think it leads back to Bruce Lee's ideology: "I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times."
This ties in with Naruto's character since he never inherited the genius of his father. He just practiced what he knew, and his nindo did the rest
He couldn't use rasengan with one hand till pain arc, even in that arc he needed sage mode for it,this is just humiliation for Bruce Lee.
Naruto had 3 years to learn but kishi didn't had thought at that time to transform the show in pokemon episodes
Naruto should've learned his element in the time skip lmao it's insane how the only jutsu was bigger rasengan
Facts!
It wasn't even that big lol
I think the other variations of rasen shuriken still are wind style on the "blades" of the shuriken, only the core of the rasengan becomes other nature transformations
Dude I get so hyped when you upload
I think you got it wrong with rasen shuriken. The other forms are layered on top of the rasen-shuriken i.e. lava release. So the actual difficulty of the jutsu is way higher than anyone gives credence to.
"Rasenshuriken flavours" lmao love that
It's the same behavior for most of the characters. Kakashi, the ninja who knows 1000 jutsus just spams the raikiri.
He really could’ve learned from temari, can you imagine a wind scythe rasenshuriken?? That shit might literally slice reality, and haguromo help you if they give him a giant fan to fight with
Danzo was a good wind style user with variety tbf
As the leader of the Scratz Pirates, I'm definitely the best at wind style.
Narutard only knows one wind jutsu yet kishimoto tells you he is "the strongest wind style user" if that does not goes into hypocrisy then idk what is
Strongest.
Can you name one wind user stronger than he is?
Can you name one who can cause more destruction with wind jutsu?
It's also would be interesting to see Genma learning Naruto the Lightning God technique
Never expected a football analogy in this channel
Strongest doesn't mean the best, he has the strongest not the most skilled wind style users. But achieving that feet means he has took it to a depth no one has thus his wind style is of high quality
I do think the issue is that Kishimoto just doesn't know how to use Naruto if he had a lot of variety WHILE using clones because it would too difficult for him. Because as you said Kishi limits the amount of jutsu's in a fight that someone uses.
It also make Naruto too OP

Ngl you're telling me Kurama had the ability to create tornadoes and breathe fire but Naruto didn't have access to that? Kinda mad fr I know just the ability to create tornadoes and breathe fire are straight forward and simple sounding abilities but the Naruto just has shadow clones, rasengan, rasenshuriken, and sage mode without Kurama. could've at least added the ability to create tornadoes and breathe fire to give more variety and enhance what Naruto already had as something he can use in base like how the other jinchuriki had an ability from their tailed beast
Naruto should use at least wind style kunai (he used in the Sora filler arc)
Technically he knows 2 wind style
Wind style rasengan
Wind style rasenshurikan
They are labeled as separate jutsu
When he uses the 9 rasenshuriken against Kaguya the one on the far upper-left, next to the coral release rasenshuriken is a wind style one. The coloration is yellow though.
What if Danzo had stepped in to be Naruto's wind-style teacher in an attempt to get his hooks into him.
"Only temari used windstyle at that point", baki did use a windsword when gaara killed the sound ninja?
With the sage of six paths chakra and having the access to all bijus, its frustrating seeing naruto keep spamming the same jutsu and chakra nature over and over again. Boy could use kekkei genkai like lava and magnet style but nah, lemme throw my premium wind style jutsu.
Honestly, I think it’s just because Naurto was rushed they didn’t do much character development
The last time he used it was in Naruto the Last which is part of the lore with toneri, he used it on an enemy for a brief moment
This is one thing about boruto that does excite me. I think theyll have a lot of creative jutsu in it (🤞)
It's unfortunate cause all Kishimoto had to do was let him use chakra flow on his kunai and give him Flash, which is a basic move that samurai (who mostly just use chakra flow) already have and is Asuma's ranged attack in the Storm series it would have been a nice parallel to Sasuke coming up with 99 different flavors of chidori.
13:03 bee attacked the village 😳
Unless that was some "newbie gains" type shit, you know when u first start the gym u gain muscle and strength rapidly up to a certain point until u learn about progressive overload and how to eat right
In my opinion, Danzo is the best wind style user but Temari's up there too.
Would of liked to see him use a wider variety of jutsu instead of just rasengan variants

a good way to implement more wind style while still implementing his clones would've been to use the smoke left behind by his clones when they dissapear, like instead of making a wind dragon he makes a smoke dragon with the smoke of multiple clones, or create new clones out of clones's smoke, recycling clones again and again, making them less fodder, like being able to create a hundred clones of yourself is so broken and it's always only used as fodders to show how strong the oponent is or to make a rassengan, wouldn't be cool to have an enemy be defeated by an army of naruto endlessly "resurecting" after you defeat one, the oponent even if way stronger ending up losing because of exhaustion. tho i'd imagine it wouldn't be *that* broken since it would require a lot of chakra, but then again kurama+uzumaki chakra reserves is pretty busted
Yea but he’s so good at one wind style jutsu he doesn’t NEED any other ones😂
